I read them out of order too. My friend showed me Ogre ogre so I started with that one and read backwards to the begining.

I skipped around a little. I read Demons Don't Dream out of order.
I am on Question Quest now, but I skipped over Heaven Cent because the bookstore was out. I will have to read it. Is there a page with a good description on it? If so, I can get it done sooner.
