okay as for the markers, i get them (this in Seattle) at a japanese grocery store I can't spell or at an art store called Daniel Smith.WARNING:
These markers are VERY expensive.
They are $5 dollars or more a marker.
A pack of 36 cost $150
A pack of 70 costs $300 (i think maybe its $400)
