UPDATE 12/10/2008

Hey wow, totally forgot I had a site here and daaaang, this stuff is fuggly.. Not to mention my descriptions for the pictures are super cheesy.

BTW, I'm 21 now (22 in April). So this account is almost 3 some years old.

Better DA account here -- http://ihatecollege.deviantart.com/

For sentimental reasons though, I want to hang onto this gallery~ :)
___________

Hmmmmm.....

I always thought sites like this were for people with no lives. It's fun I guess, haha. Even my closest friends and family don't know I draw stuff involving games and anime...

Just got one of these too - Check it out.
ihatecollege.deviantart.com/

I'm Korean, 19, and working on a Civil or Electrical Engineering major. I have no life.

Favorite games/anime/characters of mine include:

1) Hwang Seong-Kyeong, Hong Yunsung, Seong Mina of Soul Calibur (My favorites)
2) Cloud, Tifa of FF7
3) Hwoarang, Baek, Jin of Tekken (If you haven't noticed yet, I have a biased likeness for fictitious Koreans...)
4) Roronoa Zoro, Chopper of One Piece
5) Squall, Rinoa , Seifer of FF8
6) Ryu, Chun Li of Street Fighter

My style of drawing and coloring... Well... Is very simplified and generic. While I WOULD like to expand my horizons and try a different form of a more complicated shading system, I've always had a likeness for cell shading. So at times, the colors on my pictures might seem too simplistic, but I'm in no real hurry to change my style because it's like I said, I really like cel shaded drawings.
Drop a message and say hi!

*EDIT* I've recently been trying to improve my style overall. I've noticed that in my older pictures that I often draw the chins of men WAAAAY big - and I've done the same with women to. So, expect some improvement in anatomy from me. Or improvement overall. On another note, I'm not sure I can do a lot with photoshop coloring anymore; it's too time consuming and classes like Math 309 are not forgiving if I spend too much time with that - I'm going to do more sketches in general. Doesn't mean I won't color, it just means I can't as often as I used to.

And, if you are by chance a college student and want to leave a message for me here, would you tell me what school you go to? I want to know what kinds of people far and wide root through here...

I thought about requests... And I figured I wouldn't have much time to do them depending on how much time I have during the days (which is not a lot).

Art trades I may be interested in.

Commisions I have never done, but if people are willing to pay me to do stuff for them, then I would most definitely do them.

If you really really want me to draw something...Then drop a comment and I'll see what I can do for you.

ABSOLUTELY NO YAOI/YURI. Sorry, but I couldn't even sit through the trailer for Brokeback Mountain.

japan_girl_168Thanks so much for the comment ^^( Better then anything I usually get in FAC for comments, so it's really appreciated compared to all the one-word comments I get)
Chances are I'll be doing the Hwang/Mina pic soon, I've got a idea in my head thanks to a song my school's Jazz band plays. Chances are I'll be actually drawing it chibi, since I'm in a chibi-drawing mood.
I swear, that pic is probably my best attempt after a long time NOT using traditiona media o.O;;

japan_girl_168It's no -problem for all the comments!
I really enjoy seeing all your Soul Calibur art and how your cell-shading style looks better with each pic.
I'm trying to work on a picture featuring Hwang and Seong-Mina, but it might take a while( It's for my 1000 hits picture for DA, but I'm posting it here)

Master_Chief60 Thanks for acknologing my comment! That's the first time that's happened in a while...

My artwork that I post on here really isn't my best stuff, but thanks for cheering me on.

I've done commissions for dragons (yes, commissions that I get paid for doing), and I never EVER scan them. I guess I'm just a bit paranoid when it comes to internet circumstances. But enough about me. I think all your art is fabulous! I like your "camoflauge Zoro" one, even if I've never seen One Peice.
