thank you for your comments!~ i did my background by Photoshop. you can change the background into filters making rainbow effects of your color of choice. and...i did the bubble shine by using the dodge tool,(like an eraser toll) changing its sizes. its hard to explain...its hard to understand if you don't know the tools in PS. but that background i made was very basic and simple. i want to do better next time. well bye. ^_^
