lol, I did like double the work than the rest of my class did, I work really fast (but well) so I got to do a lot more. I get really impatient and finish it quickly, so I never really get tired of my art, the only one I was tired of was the big on on my wall, I used like 3 Lime vert pencils, so its not that I'm sick of the picture so much as the colour. :PKoikaji_Saru_the_Wierd_O on July 24, 2006, 1:11:34 PM
Twelve pencils is more than I had for a looong time, lol. but yeah... Critique is good for every artist! (I need to put more recent art up all my old stuff is pretty much crap... ugh, my scanner is bust so I have to use my camera, you know how THAT goes)But even if you only have a few pencils, the basics, you can still really cake it on there (although that would drive your pencils down... OMG my Creme coloured is like > < that big and all my other ones are like > < that big) anyway, really cake it on and blend with the white or one of the other lighter colours...
Have you taken a regualr art class? that's how I learned to colour (or shade, my stupid leperchaun predujice teacher would say) But once you do a million colour value charts you'll be able to colour like BAM!! lol
