oh and the reason i drew her horse was that i liked her style and her colors and the way she drew it so she should be flattered not be angry well really both but i wasn't trying to make anyone mad i was just trying out something new !!

but thanks for being honest though..recently we had a person steal one of my other friends art and colored over it..she lied twice about doing it..then finally she gave in..it's very frustrating XD

yeah..but still..she was mad because you didn't ask first..she has had alot of problems with people using her art and characters without her permission..same with me..it's very difficult to put up with :)

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that people are being jerks. Especially after you were nice enough to make tutorials for everyone and all that. I hope you aren't too put off of your admirers in general, because I kind of had a request for you.
I was wondering if you would ever consider making a tutorial about drawing manes. I can never understand where they should start and end, and how long manes should lay.
If you don't feel like it that's fine too. I just thought I'd ask since you seem to be the expert on the matter of horses.

If it isn't me, then they should be ashamed! Don't leave-you have so many fans and we'll miss you and your artwork! :(

Hopefully after reading this Sis people won't steal poses anymore from you. Some don't mean too, but like you said earlier I hope people can use real pics to get inspiration or start getting their own ideas. Glad you posted the truth how you feel :D

Tru .. it does get boring after a while... but i dont have the luxery of a horse that i can go and look at anytime i want lol.. i try 2 practise horse at differnt angles but i think i need way more practise... hopefully my art clasd in highskool will help me :) thanx for the advise

Oh! I think I know what that is...I think my friend has it. It think any computer graphics program is hard to master! That price seems really REALLY good. I did research on Photoshop and the newest version Photoshop Elements is like 800-1000 dollars!! I'm taking Computer Graphics classes and like 4 art classes next year! hey how is u?? a couple of days ago my horse fell backwards into a pool and got seven deep cuts on the inside of his right leg :(....they were so deep that u could see the tissue sticking out of his leg.....i held the wounds 4 an hour waiting 4 the vet...the bleeding never stopped T_T...so when the vet finally came...he sedated him....gave him some shots in his wounds and gave him 18 stitches.....he limped wherever he went.....i hate seeing my horse in pain....a couple of days later..2day....i let him out cuz the vet said i could....and u know wat??? he was running....yea he was limping a little but he was running.....i cried cuz i knew he would be okay....he was happy ^_^ made me happy 2 i just wanted 2 tell u this cuz well...i guess i wanted 2 tell someone....u understand me when it comes 2 horses.....no one else does......but i'll keep in touch 2 let u know how he is doing^_^ okay byeee take care...good luck at college

Hi. You do a wonderful work, really. I know that you wont be doing requests a lot now, but if you want to do one than I would like to ask you about a pic of my horse Arabella. She is a palomino Haflinger mare(a draft type pony 14.2 H high), with a color like your picture Sunspite for winterpaw, only a little bit lighter. Her legs are lighter then the rest of her body but not quit white. She has grey hooves.
Her mane is pretty long for the first half of her neck but the rest is pretty short.
Oh, and she has a blaze that goes down to her left nostril.

Jenny was so happy about the house they had found. For once in her life 'twas on the right side of town. She unpacked her things with such great ease. As she watched her new curtains blow in the breeze. How wonderful it was to have her own room. School would be starting; she'd have friends over soon. There'd be sleep-overs, and parties; she was so happy It's just the way she wanted her life to be. On the first day of school, everything went great. She made new friends and even got a date! She thought, "I want to be popular and I'm going to be, Because I just got a date with the star of the team!" To be known in this school you had to have clout, And dating this guy would sure help her out. There was only one problem stopping her fate. Her parents had said she was too young to date. "Well I just won't tell them the entire truth. They won't know the difference; what's there to lose?" Jenny asked to stay with her friends that night. Her parents frowned but said, "All right." Excited, she got ready for the big event But as she rushed around like she had no sense, She began to feel guilty about all the lies, But what's a pizza, a party, and a moonlight ride? Well the pizza was good, and the party was great, But the moonlight ride would have to wait. For Dan was half drunk by this time. But he kissed her and said that he was just fine. Then the room filled with smoked and Dan took a puff. Jenny couldn't believe he was smoking that stuff. Now Dan was ready to ride to the point But only after he'd smoked another joint. They jumped in the car for the moonlight ride, Not thinking that he was too drunk to drive. They finally made it to the point at last, And Dan started trying to make a pass. A pass is not what Jenny wanted at all (and by a pass, I don't mean playing football.) "Perhaps my parents were right....maybe I am too young. Boy, how could I ever, ever be so dumb." With all of her might, she pushed Dan away: "Please take me home, I don't want to stay." Dan cranked up the engine and floored the gas. In a matter of seconds they were going too fast. As Dan drove on in a fit of wild anger, Jenny knew that her life was in danger. She begged and pleaded for him to slow down, But he just got faster as they neared the town. "Just let me get home! I'll confess that I lied. I really went out for a moonlight ride." Then all of a sudden, she saw a big flash. "Oh God, Please help us! We're going to crash!" She doesn't remember the force of impact. Just that everything all of a sudden went black. She felt someone remove her from the twisted rubble, And heard, "call an ambulance! These kids are in trouble! Voices she heard...a few words at best. But she knew there were two cars involved in the wreck. Then wondered to herself if Dan was all right, And if the people in the other car was alive. She awoke in the hospital to faces so sad. "You've been in a wreck and it looks pretty bad." These voices echoed inside her head, As they gently told her that Dan was dead. They said "Jenny, we've done all we can do. But it looks as if we'll lose you too." "But the people in the other car!?" Jenny cried. "We're sorry, Jenny, they also died." Jenny prayed, "God, forgive me for what I've done I only wanted to have just one night of fun." "Tell those people's family, I've made their lives dim, And wish I could return their families to them." "Tell Mom and Dad I'm sorry I lied, And that it's my fault so many have died. Oh, nurse, won't you please tell them that for me?" The nurse just stood there-she never agreed. But took Jenny's hand with tears in her eyes. And a few moments later Jenny died. Jenny was so happy about the house they had found. For once in her life 'twas on the right side of town. She unpacked her things with such great ease. As she watched her new curtains blow in the breeze. How wonderful it was to have her own room. School would be starting; she'd have friends over soon. There'd be sleep-overs, and parties; she was so happy It's just the way she wanted her life to be. On the first day of school, everything went great. She made new friends and even got a date! She thought, "I want to be popular and I'm going to be, Because I just got a date with the star of the team!" To be known in this school you had to have clout, And dating this guy would sure help her out. There was only one problem stopping her fate. Her parents had said she was too young to date. "Well I just won't tell them the entire truth. They won't know the difference; what's there to lose?" Jenny asked to stay with her friends that night. Her parents frowned but said, "All right." Excited, she got ready for the big event But as she rushed around like she had no sense, She began to feel guilty about all the lies, But what's a pizza, a party, and a moonlight ride? Well the pizza was good, and the party was great, But the moonlight ride would have to wait. For Dan was half drunk by this time. But he kissed her and said that he was just fine. Then the room filled with smoked and Dan took a puff. Jenny couldn't believe he was smoking that stuff. Now Dan was ready to ride to the point But only after he'd smoked another joint. They jumped in the car for the moonlight ride, Not thinking that he was too drunk to drive. They finally made it to the point at last, And Dan started trying to make a pass. A pass is not what Jenny wanted at all (and by a pass, I don't mean playing football.) "Perhaps my parents were right....maybe I am too young. Boy, how could I ever, ever be so dumb." With all of her might, she pushed Dan away: "Please take me home, I don't want to stay." Dan cranked up the engine and floored the gas. In a matter of seconds they were going too fast. As Dan drove on in a fit of wild anger, Jenny knew that her life was in danger. She begged and pleaded for him to slow down, But he just got faster as they neared the town. "Just let me get home! I'll confess that I lied. I really went out for a moonlight ride." Then all of a sudden, she saw a big flash. "Oh God, Please help us! We're going to crash!" She doesn't remember the force of impact. Just that everything all of a sudden went black. She felt someone remove her from the twisted rubble, And heard, "call an ambulance! These kids are in trouble! Voices she heard...a few words at best. But she knew there were two cars involved in the wreck. Then wondered to herself if Dan was all right, And if the people in the other car was alive. She awoke in the hospital to faces so sad. "You've been in a wreck and it looks pretty bad." These voices echoed inside her head, As they gently told her that Dan was dead. They said "Jenny, we've done all we can do. But it looks as if we'll lose you too." "But the people in the other car!?" Jenny cried. "We're sorry, Jenny, they also died." Jenny prayed, "God, forgive me for what I've done I only wanted to have just one night of fun." "Tell those people's family, I've made their lives dim, And wish I could return their families to them." "Tell Mom and Dad I'm sorry I lied, And that it's my fault so many have died. Oh, nurse, won't you please tell them that for me?" The nurse just stood there-she never agreed. But took Jenny's hand with tears in her eyes. And a few moments later Jenny died. A man asked the nurse, "Why didn't you do your best To bid that girl her one last request?" She looked at the man with eyes so sad. "Because the people in the other car were her mom and dad." This story is sad and unpleasant but true, So young people take heed, it could have been you.

ok um... He's a boy, and he has a reddish scarf looking marking around his neck and his mane is chesnut brown and it's a little curly, and most of his fur (it is fur... right?) is a light brown and the back part of his body is a darker brown. (can you guess what he's supposed to look like? ^^) so yea if you know who I'm talking about you know what his name should be :)

oh boy i am so excited xD ok i was wonderin if u could do me and my boyfriend as horses =) Paints are my favorite kinda horse as far as markings go so that would be good for me. My hair is dark brown with a reddish tint, if that gives u any ideas. For him, he's got brown hair and he's gotta nice body xD so u can do whatever u want with that, u gots a great imagination ^_^ Green/blue eyes for me, brown for him. we're terribly infatuated with eachother x) very playful, yet mischievious B)we're like, the mushy kinda couple that make ppl wanna puke xD i love it ^_^ if u could do that, wow, i would be so eternally greatful! no rush tho. i'm a pretty patient person ^_^ .....YAY thank you! *dances*

Hmm..go ahead and add wings and a horn on Curiousity, Grace, and Earthen. But if it's too hard you don't have to. I'd like the three of them to be watching in shock or horror. Curiousity and Earthen are mates, and Grace is Curiousity's mother.

Oh, and I don't know if I made this clear or not, but I'd like the drawing to be in spirit-style. :) Sorry for flooding you with comments!

Hey that sounds like a great plot! It should be fun to write, but it might take a long while. Did you check out the story I already have partially written? It should give you some idea as to how yours will come out. I have a few questions now, but, more will probably come as I write it out. first of all, Is Battlecry Rain's son? And if so, who is his half brothers dam and what does she look like? Also, the entire plot pretty much happens after Battlecry is already grown right? So is he in a bachelor herd with Shiner or does he tease him when he is young? Is there any other details you can give me about Battlecry's foalhood or no? Sorry, haha I know those are alot of questions but at least you know I'm doing my homework! Thanks for all your nice comments on my artwork! =)

Ok her names Lexi and she's a roan kinda brown/red she has a blaze down her face, she has a sock on her front left leg and back right leg and yes this will sound weird but her mane is black while her tail is blonde (she's unique.) If you could have her standing tall cause she always stands like she's the queen of the pasture and could she sort of have a stubborn look on her face because that's wht she is especially on a lead rope, I don't know if this will matter but she's about 14 hands but yes thank you, thank you! for doing this!

SCHOOL'S OUT FOR THE SUMMER, YEAH!!!!!!!! My mare's name is Fire Gdansk. she has a white sock on both her front feet and another white sock on her left hind foot. she also has a star, strip, and snip on her face. She also likes to follow me around the arena when she doesn't have a lead rope attached to her halter *laughs*  ^_^

Could you make a color me foal? And I was wondering if you could draw some chars from my story that I have on fanfiction The scene that would be great is Spirit is on the ground and the stallion is rearing up and about to land on Spirit's shoulder and here are the colors Spirit: I think you know how he looks and the Stallion over him is very big and muscular and is a red roan in color and it would be good if the pic had the red roan stallion's mouth open with a viscous look on his face and have Spirit's face submissive and scared. If you can't do it just drop a comment in my pro and no hard feelings. thx

I meant "Elven" as in Lord of the Rings elves, like Legolas (hugs Orlando :)).
 
Only difference in elves and people is the fact that elves are far taller ('bout 6 foot 3 for a girl), have LONG hair, and pointy ears.
 
My OC's name is Talon. She has long black hair with silver eyes. She normally wears earth tones, due to the fact that she is a huntress (or you could draw her as a princess, I ain't picky). Her horse's name is Retha (RAY-thuh), and he is a three-year-old Friesian stallion. He listens only to Talon, so there should be kind of a wild look in his eye if you cannot draw Talon riding him and must draw him alone (which I would be okay with!).
 
Now that I have broken your ear with all this information, I would like to sincerely apologize for confusing you so! You are such a talented artist and I thank you SO MUCH for doing this request.
 
Though my art isn't very good, I would be willing to do an art trade with you.

Hey pookyns-5! For one, I absolutely love your artwork! I have a request! I would like a mare. Her colors are black and white. Her front legs up to the hocks, I think that is what they are called, are black, hind legs too. Her muzzle is black. Belly is black. Front of her neck is black too. Mane and tail are gray, but on the tail, the tip is black. Her eyes are a silvery blue on black. Oh, and ears are black (jeez, so much black). Base color is white. She has a collar. That is dark blue. If you can do that, I would love it! I'll try to make it up to you (if my scanner starts working >:(

Now, I looked at your picture "rain" and that's kinda the color except a little more red. Another problem of mine is making the color look solid when your blending two different colored penicls. Thank you! ^_^ My problem was I can't figure out a color for him! I tried blending several colors but I can't really figure out what color to do. I can't seem to figure it out from here! I'm going to take another look at your color tutorial and see if I can find a color. And when blending should you put the light color first and then the darker color? Or the other way around? You can tell I don't color much! Thank you for all your help!!!

I need some help with coloring. Could you help me? Whenever I color, you can see the I guess strokes I take with the colored pencil. If I push down hard it blends in easier and you can see it, but when I want to achive a lighter color you can see it again. I just can't make it look like it's all one solid color.

GREAT!!! I saw how well you drew that strawberry roan and I had to ask! I've been wanting one of my characters drawn and she's a blue roan.
