Hi Yumi.

Very sorry for the long delay. The computer is finally up after 3 months of viro-hunting. There are still a couple of bastards hiding inside, but nothing so serious until the comp won't even start.

Has life been good? I'm nearing my ORD (Operationally Ready Date) aka FREEDOM!!! in December. My leave starts on November 14th. Ho-ho, can't wait.

As for other things, I've just auditioned for Kendo classes, and will know my entry within two weeks. I'll also be studying in the arts, probably in advertising design, or MAYBE into fine arts. Whichever the case, I'll work hard or die trying.

With regards to the potrait, I am truly sorry to trouble you, but would it be possible if you could send the photos just once more? I have a slight feeling that the images may be lost during the system recovery. I also apologise for the long delay, and I know that blaming computer is a poor excuse. If you do not wish to send the photos for the trust that I have tainted, I will surly not be offended.

Yo. National Day isn't up yet. It's on 9th August. It's just that we prepare for NDP about 3 months in advance. They're already having rehearsal performances at the Padang, outside the City Hall.
Just recently however, one of the Paratroopers injured himself when he landed on the Parade Square. What a shame.
Regarding what I'll be doing on National Day, my squadron will be giving joyrides for civilians out to sea where they'll board our Landing Ship Tanks. Should be fun. ^^
And believe me when I say that it is not at all fun to prepare for the celebrations. We had to work extra hard to prep the crafts for the events.
