Ummm...I know how to do that in photoshop. But I'm not sure about photoshop elements. If photoshop elements has layers in it, then you could do it that way. Have a layer for the lines and a layer for the colours underneath. That's what I do to keep the lines smooth.

Uh...maybe it's the type of file that the drawing is saved as. The drawing might be saved as a file that won't upload. Like a .psd or something like that. If it's saved as a JPEG it should go through.

And there are some categories that you still have to get approval for. Now and then I submit a pic to a certain category and have to get it approved.
