Do you mean to add your fan art, or add a profile picture?.. if you want to add fan art, then just do this.. [ when you click on "Add Fanwork", and it says What would you like to submit, underneathe that click, "Single Picture or flash/shockwave animation. Then it will say "How would you like to submit your picture?", underneathe that, click on "Upload a picture from my computer", okay once you click on that it will take you to the next page, just fill out all the information for your picture and so fourth. but make sure your fan work you put is 30 % horizontal and 30% Vertical, Like i said to do that in paint. if you have trouble by adding a picture by a link then dont do it that way, just upload it from your computer.
