So, Ryouko is basically the Naruto version of my old Sonic OC, Ekyt :) Clothing-wise, he wears either a black trench coat, an exam proctor uniform (What Ibikki Morino has under his coat), or a black vest, black gi pants, and a gray shirt, with taped arms, or chainmail arm guards.
lol, I know that's a lot, but I want to be detailed XD Also, clothing-wise, you can kind of do whatever you'd like, those are just guidelines to build off of^^
