TAKE THE TEST!

Here is the 'Am I A Creationist?' Test:

1. Are science, logic, observable data, and rationality, completely and utterly incorrect?
2. Is God correct?
3. Am I right?

If you answered yes to all these questions you are a creationist. Congratulations on ignoring fact

Is god willing to prevent evil but not able?
Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able but not willing?
Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing?
Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him god?

According to a study by Paul Bell, published in the UK Mensa Magazine in 2002, there is an inverse correlation between religiosity and intelligence. Analyzing 43 studies carried out since 1927, Bell found that all but four reported such a connection, and he concluded that "the higher one's intelligence or education level, the less one is likely to be religious or hold 'beliefs' of any kind."

Bell, Paul. "Would you believe it?" Mensa Magazine, UK Edition, Feb. 2002, pp. 12–13

If I were to suggest that between the Earth and Mars there is a china teapot revolving about the sun in an elliptical orbit, nobody would be able to disprove my assertion provided I were careful to add that the teapot is too small to be revealed even by our most powerful telescopes. But if I were to go on to say that, since my assertion cannot be disproved, it is an intolerable presumption on the part of human reason to doubt it, I should rightly be thought to be talking nonsense. If, however, the existence of such a teapot were affirmed in ancient books, taught as the sacred truth every Sunday, and instilled into the minds of children at school, hesitation to believe in its existence would become a mark of eccentricity and entitle the doubter to the attentions of the psychiatrist in an enlightened age or of the Inquisitor in an earlier time

You sure know how to practice acceptance of other peoples beliefs!
Personally, i think god is a figment of the imagination of a person in need.
Its kind of like..errrr.... subliminal messeging.
well, not really.
But anyway, if christians or whatever want to belive that someone is looking out for them, then GOOD ON THEM. I don't really see the point in trying to prove that He/It, whatever, dosn't exist. If you think that they are pressing their religion on you, well... just look at what your saying to them. If it makes you feel good, then DO IT. Its the same with religion. Trust me, I love a good religous war at school. Much fun. Don't get me wrong, i dont belive in god, buuut... surely humans arn't THE perfect life form...
I mean, are we really so far up ourselves?

Anyway. I'm awefully sorry to any catholics reading this, but i dont like you. Contraception is not WRONG. Nor is/was the pill. Yet it stops alot of children growing up in cold, loveless families, now, DOESN'T IT.

Well, anyway. Hi! *twiddles thumbs nervously*
How are you?
heh heh. heh. I just felt like asking: Do you start these fights, or do they just pop up on your page?

Moral to my entire rant: Save water. Drink beer.

RavenpeltHahaha I am actually tolerant but sometimes Christians get me really mad and say unreasonable things like science is completely incorrect. I accept people who aren't fanatical and blind to the truth. And I didn't start this (for once). They made the first comment and harassed me for my beliefs so I defended mine and then went on the offensive. I just tried to prove them wrong after they failed.
