Wow! You're the one who made the layout for this website? Then this is what I'm going to say: You are one talented genius! And your Sailor Moon art isn't that bad either.

I hate to bother you, but I can't log on to the help forum. For some reason, when I try to submit a pic, the Upload page comes up totally blank, though it says done on the bottom. Thats not the weirdest part, it only does this with pics I scanned starting this morning.
The pics are all JPEG, and all within the 300 kb limit. Do you have any ideas what could be wrong?
If you're not an administrator and have no idea, I'm sorry to bother you, and wonder if you could tell me who to ask.
