Well, first of all, thank you for the comment!  I guess it would be easier to just answer your questions in order:
 
1. Actually, his name is Wrath.  I'm actually quite fond of him despite his twisted nature.  When he first appeared in the anime, he freaked me out.  But I've decided almost anything that gets me scared has got to be awesome.  If it doesn't scare me or bring any real emotion out of me, it's not really worth it (if you get what I mean). 
 
2. Hm, I looked at your story and I'm not sure if I have the time to read it at the moment.  I'm working on a project for school and need to get that done as fast as I can (since the last few essays/projects I've worked on haven't been finished until the last minute).  I'll try to give you some feedback as soon as possible (hopefully this weekend, but I've got a billion other things on my "To Do" list).  I may not be able to for a little while, though.  Eventually, I'll get there. ^^
 
3. I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but are you saying you would like to do something like a short story?  That's pretty much what other people have done.  I posted the contest on a forum so go here: http://forums.fanart-central.net/viewtopic.php?p=913674#913674 you'd like to see what others have said or asked.  Links to the entries are in my blog "Contestants" if you haven't seen it yet.  There are some pretty good writing examples.

actual might i suggest to you stopping your genjutsu if he performed the summoning jutsu and a ethereal death god is attacking you it would be hard to keep the same strength genjutsu on both besides there are three flaws to your current style he wont die from small attacks no matter how numerous and you can't channel chakra for a large attack while still in a genjutsu. He is a kage rank so he is able to release if need be and lastly if you act so forward he will sink the whole area in burial. right now you cant win and he hasn't noticed

thx, just so you know your character can escape ultimate burial because she is a genjutsuist, because it's death elements wont work but a chakra blast up will open a hole to get out, it takes chakra control like a genjutsuist to do it though
