You right click on the user's avatar and scrool to where it says 'Properties' at the bottom. Now A window will pop up and in the middle will be a link like 'http://www.fanart-central.net/avatars/92479-1227104486.jpg' for example. copy that link then type the address of there profile. Type it like this (but without the '*' symbol in between) L [*url=http://www.fanart-central.net/profile-kyonkichis1kitty.php*] then add the link you copied earlier and add that as an image.

So finally your code should be like this. (no '*'s though)
[*url=http://www.fanart-central.net/profile-kyonkichis1kitty][*img]http://www.fanart-central.net/avatars/82533-1225778178.gif[*/img]

Now without the stars it should just be.



Sorry if it's too confusing, I can't explain it any easier.
