i read your post i gave you a description but the boots are yellow with a white stripe the arms legs and head and head fin are dark blue the eyes are black

the arm bands are yellow with a green block with white stripes on each side in the middle and black circles on each side of it

both arm bands and boots should have the right colors and placement
the body part is green on each side with yellow in the middle

and the tail and manta wingspan colors are a lighter blue than the arms and legs
and she would have gills but would have an unseen organ that allows her to take air from water and land

how about for a name Mantina

well do you rembember Man Ray from TMNT comics from Archie series from the 90's

He's a Mutant Manta Ray she would have the same colors and features only slimmer yet muscular

and female so she would have a bust but nothing showing like the sonic characters now


and she would be sporting a

cause Man Ray is bald but being a girl Mutant Manta ray she would have hair and have blue green eyes like the ocean


have you ever seen issue 16 of that series he looks really cool in it
