i fell out of a tall bed in Florida and hit my right shoulder last week into the closet door

thanks same thing happened last year or in 2010 i think it was last summer in 2011 though or fall i forget i had two incidents with hands one was like soreness the other was a bad burn most likely from a stove that healed nicely after i got rid of the green part infection

for this time soreness again i have an appointment tomorrow afternoon
