If you have a scanner and it comes with ImageZone, it will have an effect called soft glow. My Latias and Latios picture would be simple gel pen pictures if I didn't add that effect to them. The soft glow effect gives gel pen pictures and computer colored pictures some shading, smoothness, and lightness to them; making them kinda looking like thay were made with PhotoShop. -Lamia
