You upload stuff by looking see up at the top next the Fanart central logo,next to you're icon it says stuff like "Veiw gallerey" "Logout" so click on the one that says "Add Fanwork" and then you click "Picture or Animation"then you choose "Upload picture from my computer" and TADA! 8D
