It is a program on the computer. You can make these drawing and stuff on it or you could edit pictures or drawings. It comes on the computer when you buy one so you don't have to download it. It's called "Paint" for short.I could tell you how to get there! First, click start in the bottom left corner. Once you click it, go to the search bar on the bottom and type in "Paint". There will be an icon that says "Paint" on the top with a picture of a paintbrush or something like that next to it. Sorry if this is all confusing or you didn't catch on!!! XD
