Oh my gosh, you're the best! XD

His name is Cobalt - he's from my story Hexed. ^^ He has wild blonde hair (including bangs) that goes about halfway down his back and he ties it back with a black cord. He wears a blue sleeveless shirt (the edges would be ragged - he made it sleeveless himself with a knife XP) and loose blue pants that go half-way down his calves. He goes barefoot and he doesn't have normal fairy wings - he has dark blue "angel wings" you could say. They're feathered ^_^

As far as expression, he's kind of a serious character and a little sadistic. But he can have fun too if he's with the right people ^^
