ok, here are some things that might have happened:1- file is WAY too big (this has happened to me)
2- it LOOKS like it was traced (this has also happened to me before, but it survived and is still up ^^)
3- it was OBVIOUSLY traced
4- it was a recolor of a real pic.
try opening the pic up on MS Paint and using the "stretch and skew" option in the image menu (i think) to make it smaller. (make sure to put the same number on both height and width for the STRETCH section not the SKEW. make sure the # is smaller that 100, but not TOO much smaller... start at around 70 and keep on with that one)
if it still doesnt get accepted, tell me and i'll see whats wrong with it ^^
