My name is Heather Irene Stanley and I'm 18 years old! Oh yeah! I've always had an interest in art and many other things. I enjoy writing and poetry, music and the piano, Movies and video games, hanging out with my friends and spending some time to just myself. I'm a pretty nice person and I'm willing to get along with just about any one who is willing to get along with me. I would really like to thank the people of fan art central, you make me feel like a famous artist. Also, If you have any questions feel free to ask!

they were very nice and very inspiring
to tell u the truth. i can see that u have a lot of potential. Ur art is good. there is no question about it. Im sure im saying too much by telling u that all it takes is practice practice practice. im sure u already know that. just keep on drawing and ur passion will make ur talent grow more than u ever thought possible. :p
i never in my life thought id be able to do realism. back when i started drawing (like about 10 years ago... :p) i thought all that i could ever draw was anime... and now, ive really surpassed all my expectations.
im sure you'll be surprised to see how far u can go .
^_~
good luck!

Well, what I meant about the Old Testament is that I have seen many "christians" point to it, saying "See? SEE? It says it right here, so I have the right to hate you", You said it yourself when you said they choose just the parts they want to believe, instead of being Christ-like. Also, it seems you are not persecuted for Christianity itself, but rather following the path of a true Christian. You prefer to actually comprehend what you read from the bible, and for strange reasons that tends to confuse many people, who like to pretend they know scripture.
I'm sorry if I seemed bitter towards Christianity. I live in a very, very conservative part of the US, and I'm often yelled at for not going to church. You see, my area has no real Christians, but rather idiot "christians" that like to stick their noses into the business of those they consider "unclean" and brag about how they're so much holier than everyone else is, rather than respecting their beliefs and leaving them alone in their chosen path and keeping their nose down like Jesus said.
I'm very glad that you are actually following the path of Christ and are a true Christian. It's very refreshing to meet someone like you.

I wish to say, that in all my days of being atheist, I have never blamed any problems on Jesus, and I doubt that many non-Christians look back and say "Wow, that Jesus sure was a hassle, huh?" Jesus was not perfect, as many say he is, but he certainatly was not a bad man. Get a grip. Christians aren't persecuted anymore, and they haven't been for hundreds of years. Christians are a majority in the United States and Europe, and you shouldn't be depressed because Asia believes in different gods. Do you feel persecuted? Have you ever had anyone try to lynch you or beat you up for being Christian? Do you have any friends who were beat up for being Christian? Chances are, none of that has happened. Meanwhile, I have a Muslum friend who is beat up regularly for her beliefs. *Sigh* if only people would follow the words of Jesus, rather than weave it in with the hate0-filled dribble of the old testament...
If you are one of the few Christians, who has long ago given all you own to the poor, who doesnt worry about anything because God has it under control, who never talks back and holds your tounge, then I congratulate you. You followed the word of Christ, and not the words of Yahweh or Paul. You are a true Christian.
