Okay...making an edit blink is kinda hard. x.x But I'll do my best to explain it.

HERES A WARNING! MAKE SURE THE PICTURE YOU WANT TO ANIMATE IS A GIF OR PNG! IT WON'T SAVE AS AN ANIMATION IF IT'S A JPEG OR ANYTHING ELSE! I make that mistake ALLLL The time. X_X

First you gotta get the edit thing on.
Then you gotta make sure you have a window called "animation" open and on your screen.
Then you gotta copy the picture and put it in a new window.
Now you gotta edit they eyes to make it look half closed.
Once your done with that, add it to your original picture and it should come up as a new layer.
And in your animation window, you need to add a new box, so you'll have two. To get a new box, it should be a button under the boxes, just drag your mouse under one of the buttons and wait to see what they're called. In the first one should be your fully open eyed pic. So you have to hide the half eyed pic.
Then you go to the second box in the animation window.
You then make the half eyed pic visable. But ONLY in the second animation box.
Then you gotta copy your half eyed pic and put it in a new window. Then you edit it to make the eyes almost closed. Once you have that done, you drag it into the original pic and the half eyed pic.
Then you have to make a new box in the animation window and click on it. Then only make the almost closed eyes layer visible.
Now you gotta take the almost closed eyes and copy it onto a new window as always.
Now you gotta make the eyes completely closed. Once you're done editing the eyes closed, you drag it to the original pic/half eyes closed/almost closed eyes pic and make a new box in the animation window. Then select the 4th animation box and make the closed eyes only visible.
Now, you gotta make a new animation box and it should be the 5th one. Select that one and only make the almost closed eyes layer visible. Then make a new animation box. Should be the 6th. Then make the half way closed eyes layer the only one visible on that box.
Then make another animation box. Should be your 7th. Then make your fully opened eyes layer the only one visible.

Now, click on your first animation box and there should be a "play" button. You know, the side ways triangle.
And it should be an animation. If it's too fast, you click on the "seconds" button right under the animation box and adjust the timing the way you want. Make sure all the boxes have the same timing by the way.
Click on file on the menu and click on Save Optimized As.
Then you make sure it's saving as a GIF, name it whatever and TAH-DAHHH! Ur done!! ^^
