It will lead to to 3 options. From my understanding, you'll want to click the "New Story" button.
Enter the main info in, and make sure you don't put your story in the description box. Type down your description of what your story is about. Do the rest of the stuff, ratings(If any), title, keywords, category, etc. DON'T FORGET TO CLICK THE BOX AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE!
Now this part is for you on your own.
-If you have the story uploaded to a word doc. or a notepad, etc.,You'll want to click the last option.
-If you want to type it into the site, click the other options. If you're running Firefox, I would suggest that you not click the 2nd one. It doesn't work.
~Add the chapter number and chapter title. Type in your story/chapter in the box, and check the box again at the bottom.
Hit the add button at the bottom and POOF! It's up! =D I hope this helps, and if you have any other questions, feel free to ask. ^^
