Ohhhhhhhh......U don't need 2 change the image size using the options bar, use the move tool on the tool bar to yer left (where all other tools are) ^^It should be on the top right- hand corner by the marquee tool. It looks like an arrow with a weird cross thingy on its lower right. ^^
