Nevermind. I wanted to start the pic bc I was bored and no one was giving me any ideas, so I just did a random OC of mine that I haven't drawn, even though I doupted(I don't know how to spell that) that anime ppl would look good in pastels. It actually came out pretty well. btw I have used pastels before and I perposly smuge it to try to get the color a little better, especialy with the backround.
