And about the smudges, it's not about how clean your hands are, it's about how much you go over the lead marks with the side of your hand. It it inevitable that there will be smudges bacause I'm the kind of person that has to touch down on the pad of paper in order to write, draw, etc. Thanks anyways though. I always love advice. o^-^o

XD Omg, not even Nintendo DS?! :0 You don't have to torture yourself THAT much XD lol. Seriously, you don't have to rush or anything. Rushing sucks when you don't feel much up to doing something XD lol, I have requests from last summer that I haven't finished for that reason ¬_¬ But yeah XD Whenever you feel like it is fine ^ ^

Yeah her hair is brown and her dress is white. I was also imagining it being nighttime and kind of misty. I realize mist is hard to do though so you could leave that out.

To answer your 2 questions. 1. To shade i usually use a mech pencil and a shading stick. 2. An ebony pencil is a pencil that has very black lead...i got it from my art teacher. THANK U SO MUCH FOR YOUR COMMENTS
