Heyhey there~~~ ^^
Although, my birth-name is Anna, I would like you to call me Ryuko, as I have been converted into the Japanese culture~~x3
I was born in Russia, lived in New Zealand since I was 10.. And since around that time I have become interested in Japan. It started from the anime I saw on TV, then the Japanese I took at school. I've come to love the language, culture and most recently I have found a new obsession~~ Japanese Idols XDDDD
It started with a drama [Gokusen1] that a friend in class lent to me.. it was the first one I've seen and MatsuJun was the hook!!(Im bait!!) X'D Whom then lead me into Arashi!! I think they are truely unique -- perhaps more of Jhip-hop entertainers rather than plain Jpop-singers. They dance, sing variety of styles of songs, act in dramas, appear on talk-shows, do awesome shows like D and G no Arashi, they have such a range of talents and personality that Arashi couldn't be the same without any of them!!^^ But the best is… they don’t put on appearances! They just present themselves as they are, and together they’re like a family! *hearts* Together forever Arashi!!
Oh yes, this is supposed to be 'about me' XDD Well I can sum myself up as "Mada mada[da ne]" -a quote from one of my fave characters in Prince of Tennis[in anime]; which means "Still not quite there yet!" Yes, day by day I must learn more about the world around me, about the things I love.. Improve my English, my Japanese and everything else there is to work on!
Drawing, music and other ‘artistic’ type of things make my soul relax. Hah. So I enjoy doing it. Or I can reflect my own feelings or moods in art.
I used to draw heaps, but now I’m going to be going to Uni. It’s going to be kowai, challanging and will take lots of my time I’m sure. And plus I need to work on a lot of things. Drawing lots of anime is easy…. But since I’m into Japanese Idols now XDDDDD… (And I just cant draw em ._.) Well Any art to expect from me is Arashi, Prince of Tennis or Yugioh. I tend to draw something only if I’m into it na~.

*blush* I...uh... just turned... umm... *Blushes harder* 12 last month....I never really wanted to say that because I see most people on this site are already graduating college and stuff.... but everyone says (Even professionals say) I act 23 unless I'm hyper. Holy crap, Ryuko! You live in New Zealand?!! Jeez!! I'll bet it's ten times better then America!! This place stinks!! But I guess if I lived in another country (like New Zealand, for instance) for most of my life I would probably feel the same. I know exactly how you feel about the name thing. My birth name is JenniferMarie, but, like you, I've grown quite obsessed with Japanese culture and prefure people to call me Nekome. (Or at least Jen or something like that...
