No i haven't heard of International Narutard Day, but it sounds way cool!

Haha, it is! I only found out about it a little while ago. The idea of it is that on 1 day each year, you have to wear your ninja headband (if you have one) all day. Some places also hold cosplaying events. ^-^ "International Narutard Day" is tomorrow (22nd of September), and I'm going to an event near me^^ I'M DRESSING AS SASUKE!!!! X3 XD <3 My outfit looks soooo cool! Lol. ^__^
