-first you need to releive all your tenshions and stress, take some time to just clear your head, and think. and space out too,* that always helps a little.

-take a long warm-hot relaxing bath and soak ur troubles away.

-talk to ur momma, (and be calm ><) and just talk to her about things, and tell her how you feel

-Ask ur momma if theres anything you can to to make her feel more relaxed and calm..

-don't worry about the sis's. they come back down to earth from there snappy moods soon enouph, i suddgest just givin'; em space, cuz sisters are evil and REAL touchy bout space. ><
trust me my big sis iz the same way..

-and make sure you keep in touch with ALL your sisters. its never good to lose contact with any siblings. half sister or full.

-take short naps if you feel really depressed and ya feel like cryin'. trust me, you'll feel 75% percent better when ya wake up.

-take a little time to just notice those pretty things in life. remember: before we uplift in the Big things we must first, learn to appriciate the small things in life.

-Stop to smell the roses, stop for a cup of tea ^^ really, its good for the nerves! (but stay away from hibiscus and ruby mist tea.)

-When in doubt, eat dessert, and have a cup of tea.

-think happy thoughts even in the hardest of times ^.^
