Photo/screencap and/or manipulations thereof are not permitted by the submission policy nore are lined paper submissions, however the images you linked to belong to auto approve users.The Photomanipulation has been deltwith accordingly, however my hands are currently bound pertaining to AA submitted lined paper submissions, a request to begin perging works that under current rules would not get threw the approval process including (but not limmited to) lined paper submissions and inappropriate content advisories is being discussed by administration staff currently.
The image of yours that was rejected that you made mention to constitutes a photo manipulation and has not and will not be permitted by approval staff.
Furthermore
You need to discontinue using Image descriptions for your own personal site staff, practice and/or policy bashing sessions, It is considered flaming and will not be permitted further.

If I had a nickel for every time I've been called a "basher"...Sorry, but that's my opinion. If you want to get me banned, fine. But it's kinda a silly reason to ban someone, isn't it? I say the staff should work harder to enforce the rules of their OWN site, and I may get banned because of it. I am usually very good at following the rules when it comes to submission [[except for the lined paper/photo manip]], and the only reason I broke those two was because I saw others do it, so I wasn't sure. Maybe that's a lame line to go on, however, it's the only reason I did submit those pictures and if I'm the idiot in that case, so be it.
And, also, all my other pictures have been auto-approved. The only time they don't auto-submit is when I submit them to certain categories. I don't know what that's about, but I guess it makes sense???
Anyway, I don't want to butt heads nor fight. I had a feeling the picture [[my "rant" picture]] would be rejected, and that's not a big deal, really. It's not like I can't tell people about it anyway. I have every single right to criticize this website because they're doing a rather... what's the word... mediocre?? sure. Mediocre job of keeping their rules. I'm sure it is hard to watch every single submission. It just makes me angry that my picture was exactly like HER picture, but mine was rejected. Maybe you've been through something similar, maybe you haven't, but it's a little aggravating. And I'm a person with very little patience. But all in all, I thank you for taking care of it, the other photo manipulation, [[however now I'm slightly scared the artist might be mad at me]] and I hope you can clean up the other submissions that are against FAC policy.
And I'm sorry I did criticize the staff in such a vulgar manner. But like I said, I'm not patient at all. When I'm angry, I want to vent. That's how I am. But I'm calm now and I, as you can see, can talk in a civil manner. I only wish that, if it's possible, there could be a bit more cracking down of submissions. And if it's not possible... then... well, I don't know. I just hope it is possible.

It is not a question of if I want to get you banned. As a member of the policy abuse staff I am fully capible and autherized to do that when I deem it neccessary and No, Banning someone for openly criticizing the manor this site is operated in a vulger manor is not silly. However I agree with you on the fact there are too many people abusing loops in the system and submitting imagery that would otherwise not be accepted and we need a better menes of enforcing these issues. It is for that reason I brought it up for discussion by the staff. unfortunately I am finding my self bumping heads with those above me on this issue. I am working on getting some semblence of contenuity in policy enforcement, I feel unbelievably hippocritical when I reject images by the truckload and then find images that would otherwise get rejected submitted by AA users. I find that to be even more agrivating simple because for every non complyant image from an AA user there are five I end up having to reject because users feel it's acceptable, when it is not.
In the last month I have rejected over a thousand lined paper submissions and close to a hundred Photos, most of wich are not even manipulations. Trust me I want this figured out as well, but there is a lot going on internally so it will take time.
