Hmmmm... I think that depends on his motive for using the Death Note. Is he like Light where he's killing for a "better world"? If that's the case, does he want his life to be as long as possible so he can see it all take effect? Ummm...... well if he's really smart like Light, then I wouldn't have him make the deal. Make him use his brain for names lol. But if he wants to be able to act quickly in a situation and doesn't mind dying early then make the deal. XP
