Hello everyone. I am sorry for neglecting this so much. I do have a poem for you guys. I wrote it yesterday.
I'm tired of being trampled on
then picked up and ignored.
I'm sick of being falsely told
Just how wonderful I am.
I'm sick of the lies-
I'm past "fed up".
It was more than enough before
But what you did
was way too much.
I'm tired of the empty promises
that people try to feed me.
I'm tired of falling for them
even more than I am tired of hearing them.
I'm tired of people and their sickening amusement
their abhorable fascination at the suffering of others.
I don't want you to tell me things,
just because you think I'll smile when I hear them.
Because all that sugary sweetness is poisoning my self-esteem,
riddling it with decaying rot
down to the very core.
I hate being able to only find
those people- so charismatic- gifted with a golden tongue
who leave me doe-eyed, drooling; begging for more.
Just speak to me with pretty words,
Let them sink in, poisoning my thoughts
Enabling me to think of only you.
Give tainted evidence, purge me of all doubt.
I'm a lost puppy: naive, and ever loyal.
But break the trust and you'll see a fatal mistake:
I hold a grudge for a very long time.

Annai, your poetry is gorgeous! God I'm jealous of that, such adept manipulation of the written word is a talent beyond ll commendation! Oh, thank you for the comment on my fallen angel pic. I didn't lose anyone to suicide, a couple of close calls mabe, bu the death that it represents is that of one of us. An obsuce artist who's name was cut from our midst before it could be found again. I am sorry for your loss, I preay that they now rest in a better place and await your arrival anxiously. Hopefully it wont be for quie some time though, ne? lol. ^_~ As for the edges of the garment, all I have to thank for that are my failing eyes. If you want to master jagged tears, use emotion to guide your hand, not vision and they will come. ^_^ Cameron

Thx for the comment & fav! But, yeah, I don't think my friend knew about the whole 'dissection' matter when she requested this. (And the chibi in the bg is actually Eliza...another one of my friend's brill ideas...)
