Soooooooo, hi. =3 I'm Rachel, or Rei, or whatever.
I love anime and manga, so I'll post random pictures I draw. I'm not very good...but I'm attempting to improve. I love it when people comment and even tell me what I need to improve on, but no flamers please. I have a deviantart site..I update that more often so please visit there!

It is always a pleasure to meet a new friend and fan.
To answer you question, I find that COPICS work far better than prismacolors ....but it is important to consider that they are quite different media.
COPICS are alcohol based and bleed alot....they however have un-rivaled blending capabilitites and the most extreme color combinations.
From my experience with prismacolors, i find them to be good when seeking opacity...but there bleeding is difficult to control and impossible to correct or hide.
So my choice is definitely....COPICS!
