i'm not the best on paint it's too hard for me, that's why i use PSP to color half the timei don't really know how else to explain it, you just draw on it...:S

Hi Demon-girl!i like your username, it reminds me of my sister's xD
anyway...
okay here's with the paint thingie:
when i draw on paint I usually use the "brush" tool to start off with for the line art, it's easy to draw anything like that. afterwards i copy and paste a refrence pics to steal the colors from, then i use the bucket to pur the colors in..sometimes i just use the paint tool to shade it some
and backgrounds are just random!
