Oh, and you guessed right! Angie is the cyborg in the picture, but she doesn't look like one, because she has a special cloaking device on her artificial limbs (both arms and legs). It consists of a special flexible material wrapping her limbs that colour them in natural skin colour, so it's very much like an artificial skin. Just in case you are interested to know.

Hi! I am just writing to ask if you would be able to do me a huge favour. It's reguarding my stand against poverty in Africa.
