Yeah I heard that a college did this test that you jumble word like this "I lvoe wfflaes" And your mind will still register it as "I love waffles" Just as long as the first and last letters of the words are actually spelled right.

Um it ranges from two hours to two days sometimes longer sometimes quicker.
