The ink in "Say His Name Three Times" is mostly india ink (applied with what I think is a 4C nib pen thing). The outlines are definitely all ink. Some of the filled in areas are india ink and some are. . . marker. :P From a calligraphy marker. (Hey, I'm on your fav artist list . . . thanks! And I see my Vampire Slaying Methods there. ^___^ )
