Kenu flipped his chair around, back against the table and straddled it a grin splitting his face. He may not be good at the game but he was good at bluffing and that was half of it right? "White to brown, brown to yellow. Got it."

He glanced Karina's way, sizing her up..again. "Well, we'll see I might not be that good." He winked with a sharp click of his tongue.

He turned his gaze back to Lina, "You remember how to play right little sis?" He kinda hoped so, or at least that she could pick the game up fast. If not, they might be sleeping on the ground for the rest of their trip.

Kiara watched him quietly, her hands stilling and eyes widening in awe as Garail manipulated the flame. It was quite pretty. She blinked, caught of guard by the question. "Well..I.. I don't honestly know." Her hands fluttered with her dress as the flame disappeared. "I mean, why did I get chosen for this? I haven't a clue about any of it. How am I supposed to decide to do with it?" She let out a little frustrated sigh, her lips turning in a slight pout.

Ashasin stepped up beside Shal her cheeks flushing against her otherwise pale skin as she caught the tail end of their conversation. "We both apologize, and thank you as well for dealing with us. For everything." She gave the shopkeeper a small smile, truth was she'd grown quite attached to the man and would miss his company. 
She turned to Shal, "The horses are ready, we should be going before it gets to much later." She chose her own two packs and hefted them across her shoulder. Neither were as near as neat as Shals and bulged out in some places, though they weren't filled with much, clothes mostly. 
She gave Karl one last smile, "Really, thank you. Until next time." She gave a little wave and stepped back out the door. 

(Btw, I suck at poker and don't quite remember it all so bare with me please?) (Alright, any ideas?)

Kenu grinned, "Ah a favorite of mine, poker is. Something I'm actually good at. " He winked and pulled out a small leather pouch and sent several glittering gold Imperial coins tittering across the table. "This should do for the both of us, that is if you lot take Imperial monies of course. I'm not sure what it's worth around this area. If not I'm sure we can come up with a suitable arrangement."  It was a semi bluff, Kenu wasn't really good at the game but he loved gambling and he wasn't about to let anyone know that. He glanced at Lina and smiled merrily.

An recently lit wedge of candle tottered in Kiara's hands as Garail spoke to her. She'd quickly put on a passive face hoping he wouldn't catch on to what she'd been doing. Though the smell of smoke curled around the room.
"I have actually, this room is much more comfortable than the last, and of course finer than I am used to." She smile politely though a light hint of fear hid in her pale eyes. She sat the candle on the table next to her and occupied her hands by trying to smooth out the mess of wrinkles on her dress. "Is there something I'm needed for? I thought we were done for today?"

Ash leaned back against the wall of the stables wiping her mouth, the remnants of this mornings breakfast at the bottom of the barrel next to her.  This was the third morning now that she hadn't been able to keep the food down and it was wearing her thin. She wasn't quite sure why she was getting sick either. She'd been resting well of course and the burns were healing considerably well. At first she'd thought that Karl had been adding something different into the food that she was allergic to, but she'd been watching everything he'd added and none of it had been anything different than what she'd ever eaten before. 

Fortunately her and Shal were headed into town for supplies soon and maybe she could find herself a healer to tell her what was wrong. Of course she'd have to find some excuse to make to Shal, she hadn't said a word to him about her being sick yet. It wasn't that important and he didn't need to be bothered with it. She hauled herself up, straightened out her clothes and headed back to the house to let him know that their horses were ready.

(Finally had some time, and semi non writers block so thought I'd write up some stuff. I didn't do anything with Akade and Ariana cuz I'm not sure were to go with  them yet but yeah.. Yay?)
