Oh good god, I'm inactive. Haven't been on in a year.. or more.....?

I've improved so much.. It ish scareh. But I am on dev art now, so I shall (for the most part) stay inactive. lol. Picture-wise, at least. I'll probably poke around commenting some.

Sorry for responding late about your question with paper for markers. I was on vacation. I just use regular computer paper. The markers do bleed a bit. If you use sketch pad paper it might bleed more. It depends on what effect you want. I used markers on a sketch pad and it looked like watercolors. There are papers for markers but I don't know what they are.

#1. Her scimmy is her weapon, It's kinda like a sword, but has more curve, and its thicker.
#2. That head accesory thingy is her tiara, It has the element of air, and is basically, mostly, gray.

Oh, I don't draw owls often... but they are cute! Mostly I do Barn owls. They're cute and easy to draw!

1. I've been drawing pretty much all my life. I couldn't say exactly, because I can't remember much from my earlier years :D
2. I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0, but the later ones are better. Looking back on that comment you gave me, I dunno if your computer would support it- be careful of that.
3. It did take me a while to learn, but only because I was unwilling to look at tutorials. There's some excellent ones on DeviantArt.
4. I do live in Ohio, but not in Dublin. Never heard of that place before
5. Like I said, Tutorials, Tutorials, or Tuts for short :D
6. Right... I did say I was gonna do a tutorial. I never really got around to it, did I?
7. My tablet... let's see. I think it's a 6x8. Pretty big.

but no i did not steal the piccy...well not to my knowlege... i didnt trace it all i did was look at it and draw. well mostly scribble but meh. thats why they rnt coloured. sorry bout that im editing the stuff now so that i put the link in.

It took me a while to get Lavaclaw's pose right, but the lines took, say, fifteen minutes. The lines took a lot longer, and since I don't have any black pencil, I used a pen.

*cringe* I was a little late in replying, there, wasn't I?
I'll copy down the description now.

Whoo! and you know what else is scary..... My dad just got a new scanner for x-mas, So now i can scan stuff in o.o But still no cable. As far as i know F-C let's you upload it from any program, as long as it is saved on your computer. It might be how you saved it, i suggest saving Hand drawn stuff as a JPG ... I use Paint Shop pro and paint, but i usually save it as a JPG or PNG, so maybe that's it.
And also there are lots of different free programs you can download, If you wanted you could download a 30-day trial od photoshop or paint shop pro (the new versions) for free, Or you could try some free art programs you can get like Open Canvas (which i have, but don't use as much. It's excellent for lineart.)
It has layers, but no special effects (sadly) you can crop and move stuff, and change colors and there's a water color tool thing, and it has some basic stuff. It takes a while to get used to but i think it's cool.

I'm sorry that I haven't replied to anybodies comments lately... I forgot! Anyways, first of all, thankyou SO much for doing my request Aspen, I really like it! Secondly, its wierd how so many (as in 2 or 3)users are similar to me, especially you, Karikoe. Thirdly,what programs does FAC allow people to upload pics. from? It will only let me upload pics straight from my scanner, and not from paint, any microsoft programs, or this whimpy version of photoshop that I have (its not meant for special effects, it won't let me do layers, and its coloring is low quality). If you know any programs that most comps. have that you can upload your pics from, then PLEASE tell me. Lastly, and on the bright side, I just got cable, the scanner is fixed, and I now know how to use it! YEY!!!
