No, he looked like he just got out of drug rehab and he had bags under his eyes, like he's been smoking too many doobies. And Tobi learned lots about goldfish from him!!! His name was, uh... Kenny? I think that's what it said on his name tag...
The tag was like, "Hi, I'm kenny, how may I help you? I specialize in fish." Kenny was nice. ^^

Zetsu-san bought Tobi a goldfish!!! His name is Rassius!!!! Because Carassius Auratus is the scientific name for goldfish, that's what the pet store man said!!! Rassius is a Black moor but he's orange, I dunno why, but... Um, and he has big eyes. Like goggles. :D
