Okayz. :)At the top, where it says your user name, there's a set of options. One of them is Add Fanwork. Click it.
Once you do, it'll bring up a page with a list of the things you would like to submit. One of them is story. Click it, of course.
Then a whole bunch of stuff will come up, "Story Title", "Keywords"' "Summar" and the like. Fill em in. Then click, "Let's go add a Chapter." After that, upload your chapter, and you're done. 8)
