Well I olor with Crayola Color pencils, on Computer Paper, and I use a Tortillon to smooth the colors down.

A Tortillion is a tool that of course artist use to smooth colors down.^^

I also, add black, in the shadows to make it look more like shadows and make the shading come ou better.^_^
