;D OKAY! On Fanart, there's a rule that saids that you can't have your pictures too large. When you scan a picture, most likely it'll be so huge when it gets submitted that people won't even be able to make out what it is, so the administrators want you to resize it, or make it smaller.Programs like Photoshop, Paint.net, GIMP, Picasso, and other image-editing programs will probably have the resizing feature. (You can also resize in MSPaint, but MSPaint actually stinks at resizing Dx. It messes up the pic, so I wouldn't recommend it)
Resize it to 800(the best size for any picture), and your pictures will be accepted in no time!
