Well today's the day, it's up for you viewing pleasure (that is if it pleases you, I'm not sure if I like how it came out or not.) It's just called "Children of Chaos" and there are two more chapters posted with it if you're interested.

Now onto the request. Go ahead and pull up the pic to look at it while reading this if you havnen't already. I didn't say they're names on the pic but I'll tell you since you're cool that way :P

On the bottom row: In the blue tunic and blonde hair is the main guy, Sereph, the woman in the black and red skirt is Ai,
On the next row up from the left with the green sash and bushy black hair is Troy, next to him is the only other character seen much in the comic so far, that's Lola. These four are the main ones I'd like in the pic.

The group of three on the second row are sort of a package deal, the blonde girl in the middle is Enyia and the other two, Ginn and Gillendor, are her body guards. They're secondary characters and optonal for the pic.

The four people on the top will remain a mystery for now and the little wizard things in the corners will as well, sorry.

I'm going to send you that color break of sereph I was talking about and the concept designs of Troy, Ai and Lola for you to use as reference.

As for a background to the pic, I don't ask for anything elaborate, just something simple like on your asuka picture.

Well Sheyla, this is the week, on friday i'll be posting the full color group pic for Children of Chaos as well as two more pages, i'll leave you a comment then on which characters i want for the trade and some color stuff. I fully expect this one to be more difficult than the last as the characters are much more complecated and you've not seen many of them in the comic yet but that's what makes it all fun right? (lol, i'm evil, i know, sorry)
I'll be getting started on your dilandau pic hopefully this weekend.
Also, and this is probably gonna bug ya, the clothing design for the main character, Seraph, in the full color pic isn't the one i'd like in the request pic, i'm planning to send an e-mail to you with a basic sketch with a digital colorbreak so you know all what to do for him. Sorry, but i'm sure you know how hard it is to get your main character just right.

And for the comic, I would like it to be in color cuz your color is awsome. I'll be posting a full color pic of the cast of the comic in a few days, it'll be more complecated than my picture called "Dopplegagner of Kingdom Hearts" to put it in perspective.(that means its BIG lol) (big in terms of complexity really, not size)

Thus far i have about 11 to 15 definate characters designed with histories and stories to go with each so when I post the pic I'll leave another comment on ur profile telling you more specifically what I want, the pic will be a good reference like "The Street" was for the SSCK one you did for me (which i printed and taped to my wall :D)

Quite and enthusiastic thank you :) I appreciate it. You had mentioned an art trade in your request and I've been thinking about it. Truth is I've never actually gotten any art work from other people, except this one time my sister drew something on a greeting card she gave me that wasn't too bad but that's really all I can think of. No, wait, one of my friends in highschool did two things for me and I loved them lol. But lately I've not gotten anything probably because I don't request things from people. If there's something I want I draw it for myself lol.
But besides all that there is one thing that I can think of that I might like, it was something I was doing an art trade with another person on the site but she never did it I don't think. You've read my comic, Southside Corner Kids haven't you? Well If not thats okay but what I would like is basically a group picture of all my characters. Its always interesting to see your own stuff in other people's styles, I personally really like it anyway, others might not but fortunately for me, I'm not other people.
But anyway, if you'd like to do it, It would be a pic of Cutter, Stan, Rachiel, Vince, Steph and the Stalker Chick (haven’t actually named her lol) with them just standing or doing something your choice I guess.
So if you would like to do it let me know. :)

Be sure to expand your mental reference file beyond anime and manga. Using comics and cartoons as a starting point is OK, but you'll get better results when you learn to draw from real life, too. Then you can take what you learn and apply it to your manga-style work.
