Oh. If you feel like cutting again. Here is a tip that helped me stop. Use ice. Press an ice cube hard against your wrist. After a few seconds you get the same type of pain feel without the scars. It really does work. I promise. You don't get the blood, but the pain is the same. As morbid as it sounds. I really am trying to help with this.

Hmmm. Let's not have any more cutting. Like I said. I know from experience that it doesn't help for long. I only stopped recently as well. So let's just try okay. Anyway. Hmmm. Your apology to my mate is a nice start young pup, but you did alot of damage and she is very hurt by you. She was very upset that she has been trying to be nice and you kept disobeying her rules.
