or maybe they could wear leggings with a skirt over it rather than pants.

Perhaps a similar uniform to the men only with a skirt over the pants?

what if they all had their own emblems on the back of their jackets with a little coat of arms on one of the sleaves of the jacket that if for the order itself?

Also, if each of the members come from different parts of world, perhaps you could base the uniform on the traditional dress.
