When posting a character form thingy and waiting for aprovel, yup, it goes in the "joining" Board. Once it's accepted, the Admin will move it to the "Accepted" Sub board thingy. XD

Well, it kinda takes place in a city and there're diffarent forum boards for diffarent area's of the city. All diffarent storys and situations all over the city. XD
Your characters can more or less do what they want. The rules explain the site better than I can.
