ChrishnaVirgina? I forgot... Er, who is Virgina? The mother of Raine and Genis? You can find her in the first house you can see. An old women is standing in front of this house and always says "Leave this place!" or whatever. I think you have to talk to everybody in Exire and then enter the ominous house at the beginning. Then you should be able to talk to her.
Maxwell... well, I didn't get that at all. But I've heard that you must equip your party members with all the stones you got from the summon spirits. Then you have to talk to a man in the middle of Exire. He's searching for Maxwell, too. Nearby there's an old house again where you should find him.
