Okay, I got the funniest idea for a little not really comic thing but sort of. It's something August would do when he was drunk. It's like the funniest mental image ever. Except it's kind of a series of mental images. But anyway. I need to draw them, because I was giggling so hard at them.

And yeah, I am totally still awake. :D

I know, I love Quinn. He's so precious. And he's like Hagrid because he looks scary but he wouldn't hurt a fly. Except he'd chop you in half if you threatened him or August. He's kind of protective of August. Which sounds weird, but he is. Then again, he's also protective of Beatrix and Ginny. But mostly of August because as I said before Quinn is a bit paranoid that August will be attacked again. Quinn is kind of funny that way. But he's so cute! I luff him. ;-;

Okay, so um. Yeah. That was hard to read. xD Run-on sentences are so much fun to write though. I mean honestly. Ramble on about nothing forever and tack a period on to the end of it and it's joy. Yes.

I started drawing a picture illustrating when Quinn and August first met... Or rather, when August first sees Quinn and shows interest in him. Actually, and it makes August feel bad to think this because he knows it's true, he probably wouldn't have shown as much interest in Quinn as he had if Nikolas hadn't had dark hair as well. But when you go for twelve years without really seeing anyone else with that particular shade of hair you'd be curious too when you saw someone who had it. But I feel bad for Quinn in it because he looks so upset. D: Poor boy. Then again, he was pretty mercilessly teased for no reason other than of an uncommon genetic mutation, so he has a reason to look like he hates the world and everyone in it. By the way, it is really hard to draw them as kids because I have to draw them scrawnier. I can't draw scrawny very well. @_@

Anyway, uhh... I'm bored. And in less than one week I'm in Amsterdam. O JOY.

Okay, honestly, you could say 'meet me in the children's section' and I'd know what you meant. ._. I've been there far too many times. But okay. I will be there. And are you wanting to just go straight home or are you going to be willing to hang out a bit? Just so I know what to expect...

I could have some movie trouble. Because, see, my dad went out and rented 300 on the way home from work... And it's only a two day rental because it's such a new movie. So I can't really bring it over. But um. I'm going to see if I can get mummy to make a thing over at Videorama by where we live (it's on the opposite side of the block from where the Starbucks is on Lovejoy... if you know where that is in relation to the apartment) so that we can rent movies and shoot there. Yes. Because you need to see 300 and Pan's Labyrinth and Boondock Saints and whatnot. They's great.

Ugh. Don't even remind me of my old stuff. I drew such crap. Actually, there is this one reaaaaaaally old picture you drew for me of Kitsune that I still think is adorable. It's back when Kitsune still looked like a girl, if you can imagine it. xD

I may have to rent Boondock Saints as well then so you can see it because it's one of my favourite movies. It's so awesome. I would rent Casino Royale too, but since I've seen it like a billion times it's kind of wearing on me. xD;

I have to get someone to take me to Kinokuniya soon... Preferrably before Europe, since that way I can have stuff to look at while I'm on the horrifyingly long plane rides. Blehhhhhhhh. I am NOT looking forward to that.

I am listening to Linkin Park! :D Joy. I used to hate this band. Then I read Twilight and New Moon and now I like them. Damn you, Stephenie Meyer! Damn you!

While I was at the beach I was skimboarding with this guy Brett (who was way hot but kind of an idiot), and since I could never seem to get the hang of it (it's much harder than it looks)(haha, that's what she said) I fell like a million times and since the sand was really rough I tore up my legs. Thusly, I am now covered in bandaids. I have six total. Four on one leg, two on the other. :D It was fun. But it hurt. And I later found out that the reason my right hand had been hurting was because there was this huge grain of sand lodged in it. Manda had to get her tweezers and pull it out. Except she had to dig for it because it was really in there. It hurt pretty damn bad. :D And my palm was sore for like a day afterward.

WHY YOU NOT IS ON.

Okay. I spent the time to look up German propoganda and slogans and the thing that's above the entry to Auschiwitz, which is what I needed to finish the pencil work. Yay. Done. Until I find something else to add to it, of course. Except I still need to make the wording all pretty which I neglected to do because I just wanted to get it done. I love propoganda. It's so much fun. And he has so much of it. Hehehe, you still don't know what the picture it about. xD But I realised while drawing it that I have a problem with symmetry. D: Things don't entirely match up in this. Which is kind of not good. But I still like it. And it will be so cool in colour.

Okay, so, I've been on the computer for several hours and I STILL haven't done what I went on here to do, which is to look up certain phrases in German for my picture.

Hehe, Quinn and Shadow don't talk to people they don't know for the same reason then. xD Quinn feels extremely awkward in (most) social situations, mostly because he always hated them when he was younger and hasn't really been able to get over that feeling. Plus, if he sees someone or meets someone he thinks is nice or interesting or funny or whatever, he stumbles over his words and can't think of anything to say. It's kind of proof of August's patience that Quinn is so unhibited around him, because when they first met August could hardly get Quinn to say anything around him. Quinn also hates these situations because when he's embarassed he blushes, and since he's practically white it shows up pretty vividly. xD He's so cuuuuuute.

Hmm... I think Wednesday would be better since 300 comes out on DVD tomorrow and Manda is all excited to watch it, so I'll have to do that with her and she is determined to see it with me tomorrow. We've both already seen it but since it's our favourite movie and we've only seen it once and we wanted to watch it at the beach together but it wasn't out and this is a run-on sentence in a huge way. But Wednesday most likely. And since I'll probably be renting it from Blockbuster or something with my dad I can keep it with me and we can watch it at your house. :D Yayy. Maybe I can rent Pan's Labyrinth too since it's out and we can watch them both in the wee hours of the morning at your house once everyone's asleep. Yes. That would be fun.

I drew the most amazing picture ever. Ever ever. I think it's one of my favourite pictures I've ever drawn. It spawned from watching James Bond (have you seen that, by the way?), Boondock Saints, and Hannibal Rising back-to-back. It's amazing. Oh my gosh. It took, and I kid you not, at least five hours just to draw. I plan on colouring it sometime in Prismas because I can't get the right colouring blending I'd need (there will be lots of shadows in it that will be very difficult to do anyway) with Copics. Plus I trust my skill level with Prismas more. xD; I pretty much killed myself with detail. Everywhere I could add detail I did. Haha, you still don't know what the picture looks like... And I won't explain it; you'll just have to wait and see what it looks like. >:D Though feel free to use your imagination based on what it was inspired by.

I am SO frackING HUNGRY RIGHT NOW because the last thing I ate was clam chowder at Mo's at the beach which was like TEN HOURS AGO. So I am going to eat some cereal (almost typed 'serioul') and not be hungry anymore.

This sucks that I am gone for three weeks. I have to schedule times to hang out with all my friends. You, Seri, Manda, and David are all people I need to bestow my presence upon. Blehh. Then again, either I cut my time with my friends short or I cut my time in Europe short... So I think I'll stay with the shortened friend-time, because I'm selfish. :D

And one thing to clear something up... Quinn isn't shy around everyone, just around people he doesn't know. Then he's very shy. Around August and Gedric and Ginny and Bea he's fine. But everyone else and he's like, "I'll just stand here staring at my feet while August talks to them." Because my adorable little Quinn is shyyyyy. xD He's cute. I approve of him.

I saw Hannible Rising while I was at the beach, which has Gaspard in it, and I was fangirling the whole time because he's so freaking cute.

Well, Seresu isn't a very big place, so they all either talk face-to-face or get their friends to deliver notes to whomever they need to pass information to. Mainly it's all in person communication, though.

And I have a new one! If he/she had to leave on a trip, and they didn't know how long they'd be gone or where they might end up, and they had to be able to carry everything themself, what all would (s)he bring? (list time!)

I think that's it. Everything else he'd either buy, steal (although he'd rather not have to resort to that), make, or go without. Yup. Actually, I could see most of my characters bringing said things because they're pretty multi-purpose. He'd probably try and sneak a pair of Beatrix's panties in there too, but she'd probably catch him at it. (August is kind of a pervert.)

Anyway. Meh. Tired. Even though I slept until eight PM. And kind of didn't do anything until nine. I need to try and get to sleep at a reasonable hour tonight...

I'm watching the Boondock Saints, which is like the best movie ever. The two brothers who are the main characters remind me of August so freaking much. Like, if August had a brother. Well, he and Quinn could pass for brothers probably, considering that Quinn and August have similar facial features (because they're both Seresans, it's just that Quinn has dark hair), and they know pretty much everything about each other. But anyway. This movie is so fracken cool. Plus the brothers know, like, a million languages and talk to each other in them when they're around people they don't want eavesdropping. And on top of that THEY'RE IRISH. I like this movie. Plus it's so funny. But it's about the two brothers hunting down people who don't abide by the law anymore and killing them in the name of God. It's so great.

Anyway. I was doing this earlier but had to leave so I'll finish it now. It's the question thing because yeah.

What do people call you? August. (It's hard to get a nickname from August...) Although he has been called blondie, but not really in Seresu, because everyone with the exception of Quinn and Beatrix and Nikolas (when he was still alive) has blonde hair. But he went to a foreign country once where most people had dark hair and they called him blondie.

Okay. I only just saw my phone and since it doesn't alert me to missed calls like my other one did I didn't realise I had missed calls. But I'll talk to my dad and see if tonight will work... anyway. um. i took some advil pm so that i won't have a thing like yesterday where i can't get to sleep until eight thirty, and i took it about an hour ago, so i have probably an hour and a half until i'm completely out. but i have to take a shower because i got from going swimming about an hour ago. and i'm covered in chlorine, yuck.

But uh, Ichigo still needs to kick his @$$. But not kill him. I think that he should persuade him to go against the Espada and try and take out as many as he could. Well, Aizen would probably find out and get angry and probably kill him with very little effort, but whatever. HOW THE HELL IS AIZEN SO STRONG. I DON'T GET IT. AND HOW IS HE GOING TO BE BEATEN. Maybe they're going to convince Voldy-Espada to turn also and kick Aizen's @$$? He was saying that there was no one alive who could defeat him... Maybe he was including Aizen? But if he wasn't, then damn. Soul Society's fracked.

The only person I'd let him be with other than Orihime is Grimmjaw, but they're more of my crack pair than anything. But shutting up because it's morning and I'm never coherent in the morning.

I tried sleeping for an hour, and eventually decided that I was hungry, made a bowl of cereal, decided I wanted some music, turned on the computer again, and here I am. It's almost seven in the morning. Urgh. I need to sleep.

It's almost like I've gotten up early for once! This is cool! I miss getting up early. Because early morning is one of my favourite times of the day. I will be all nice and happy for a while, and then in about an hour or two I will suddenly be very tired and fall asleep standing pretty much. Exhaustion tends to sneak up on me like that. I'll be fine one moment and out the next. It's weird.

Okay. If you're talking about what I think you're talking about, I did notice the first time that while you used the female pronouns I had left from Gwen and Beatrix for Shruikan, you changed them to male for Shadow and Astarael, but for Phantom, you reverted back to female. I found that very curious, but didn't remark on it. Mostly because I figured you were either giving me a clue of a very subtle nature, or you'd made a mistake, and I wasn't going to say anything in case I worked upon one and it happened to be the other. xD; But is that right?

I GOT FALLING INTO FEAR AND IT'S AMAZING YES. AND I AM IN LOVE WITH ALL THE AMAZING STICKERS IT HAS.

I finished S&N today! It was good! Except in some ways it left a little to be desired. But in other ways it was a little overwhelming. It was a curious thing. I thought it was kind of funny that the climax of the book was actually rather anticlimactic. The thing with Stephen and the gentleman was long-coming. I was like "YES GO STEPHEN YOU ARE SO COOL." Lady Pole annoyed me. She was always so angry. I mean, sure, she had a right to be, but she didn't even want Arabella to talk to Strange! What a dog. Sheesh. But I liked Arabella the more I read about her. She was cool. Oh, and I had also guessed that Vinculus was going to be the book... That was cool. And I totally got what John Uskglass was doing with Childermass. Wait. That sounds dirty. Although, I had kind of expected a little more of Uskglass himself, because he was so busy reviving Vinculus and whatnot. We didn't really get to see a whole lot of him. But that's okay.

Anyway. I could probably rant about it for a long time, because I tend to want to do that after I've finished a really good book. I need to talk about it. Preferably with someone who's read it already, but I can make do without, because I talked pretty much nonstop to my dad about it both in the car and at dinner. Mostly I was just rambling, but my dad knows my habits well enough to know when it's okay for him to nod and make appreciative noises occasionally to make me think he's listening, when in fact he's just zoning out. But it's okay. Because mostly I just need to talk after that. And I got a ton of sleep last night because I was out at midnight, which was weird, woke at two-thirty because I was thirsty, and was asleep again within five minutes. Then I woke at about two-thirty in the afternoon. And then thought about stupid things (as I tend to do for a while after waking up) until about three, then read until four-thirty. So I was in bed a long time. And after I finished I thought of the absolute best simile to finish my story. Oh. It's just perfect. I love it. You'll read it one day, no doubt, but for now I'm keeping it under wraps. ;D

And I'm going to go and read the things now. Because it's driving me nuts.

Okay. You cannot tell me something like that and then not clarify. Because chances are that if I missed something the first time I'm not going to be able to notice it again unless I know specifically what I'm looking for. So you have to tell me what it is you wanted me to notice or else it will drive me crazy.

I am giving myself a short amount of time on the computer for a break, because I have been reading all day. I am ALMOST DONE FINALLY. I have less than one hundred pages until I'm done. Let me count, actually, hold on. I have 76 pages left. I'm on 770 and there are 846 in my version. I still haven't gotten the thing about Vinculus because even though I'm good at predicting things in books usually, this book throws me. And I've also realised why I'm having such a hard time with it. I'm used to books that bring forth emotion when they are read, because the emotion is what brings my attention into it, but since S&N reads so much like a history novel, it's a bit barren when it comes to real character emotion. Actually, and this isn't saying much, the most emotional parts of the book, to me, were when Strange was talking to someone about how Arabella's drawings had more life than his own did (thus to point out the shadow of Childermass), and when he had just drunk some of the tincture (which, for the life of me, is a word I just cannot seem to wrap my mouth around when attempting to say it out loud) and seemed to step into third person, and was, again, talking about Arabella (when he first summoned the gentleman with the thistle-down hair). So while it's a very good book, and very entertaining, I wish there was more emotion to it. And I don't mean it has to be sad, but it's told very straightforwardly. There's really very little emotion at all. Not that that's particularly bad, or anything, just a little bemusing.

And by the way, if it helps at all, I'm past the part when Lascelles shot Drawlight. That surprised me, actually. I wasn't expecting it. Oh, and, another thing. I had guessed that Stephen and the gentlemen were going to use the creepy log to make a doppleganger of Arabella, but I wasn't sure how they were going to pull it off. Your question confused me a bit. xD

God I'm tired. Why am I so tired? I need to go to sleep... I'll likely fall asleep on my book. I was nodding off onto it about two hours ago, before my shower... Then I slept for a bit, took a shower to wake myself up again, and now I'm tired again. Grrr. Hallows will be a challenge, especially since I've been reading so much lately. August walking in on her while she was showering wasn't nearly as mortifying for her as it was for him, seeing as she was ten, so she doesn't care so much about that memory. The thing she'd probably forget is when she was eleven, she heard noises from the loft when she woke up in the middle of the night, and since that's where August sleeps she worried he might be in trouble, and so she went upstairs to see what was wrong, and found him connected firmly at the mouth with a girl. Both their shirts were off, and the girl's bra was on the floor, and Gwen was mentally scarred for years afterward. She still teases him about it.
If she could change one thing that she did, what and why?
She wishes she had listened more closely when her mentor was breezing over the finer points of magical healing. It wasn't covered in depth, but she wishes she had at least been paying more attention.

He's not really the type to have a secret wish, or anything of the sort. He's very happy with his life, and there really isn't anything he'd do to change how it is. Maybe he would wish that his parents hadn't died and left their children alone at such a young age, but at the same time he wouldn't want to wish that, because the fact that he had to care for Gwen for so long is what made them so close.
If he could forget one thing that happened to him in the past, what and why?
He's not one to want to forget anything. Each experience shapes one's character differently, and he wouldn't want to forget anything that's made him the way he is.
If he could change one thing that he did, what and why?
There's nothing major that he'd change if he could, but he did accidentally walk in on Gwen in the shower once. That was a bit awkward. He'd probably want to go back in time and remind himself to knock first. (The walls in their house are practically soundproof. If he'd been listening he probably could have heard the water going, but he wasn't really.) Likewise, he'd remind himself that Gwen wakes up at weird times during the night, and that he should not have girls over at any time that she is there, regardless of how hot they are.
If he could change one thing about his physical appearance, what would it be?
He feels a bit too tall sometimes. Seresan men are tall, but even so, he's quite lofty. So maybe he'd like to be an inch or two shorter.
What one thing would he change about his personality, given the chance?
He feels a bit overprotective sometimes. He wishes he weren't, and that he could give Gwen her space sometimes, even though he does try.
What one skill does he most wish he had?
He wishes he could draw. He draws cute little stick people, but compared to how Gwen or Beatrix draws, he feels like he's a kid again.
What does he think of intimate relationships?
If two people have an intimate relationship who care for each other, love each other, and respect each other, he thinks it can be one of the most beautiful things in the world. An intimate relationship is, of course, not constricted to lovers; he has an intimate relationship with Gwen, and Quinn. They can occur between family and friends too. Of course, his primary intimate relationship would be with him and Beatrix, but I think that goes without saying.
What does he consider rude above all else?
Besides not saying please, thank you, you're welcome, excuse me, and things of the sort, probably when someone is talking and someone else interrupts them. It shows that the second person doesn't have any regard for the first at all. It's very rude.
What does he think of revenge?
It's a very tempting notion at times, but not very practical in the real world, unfortunately.
Which of the challenges at the end of book one would he find the easiest (with his current abilities)?
Unexpectedly, he would find the logic puzzle the easiest. He can think and work under stress (because he has to be able to in his line of work), but he does much better when he has time to calm down and think about things. Plus he's good with logic puzzles like that.
Which would be the most terrifying?
Assuming he was with friends like Harry was, the chess scene. Not that he's not good at it (again, with logic puzzles), but he'd be afraid he'd have to sacrifice one of his friends to win. Especially since it's wizard's chess.
The hardest?
Probably the Devil's Snare, because his first impulse when captured is to struggle. He'd have a difficult time telling his body not to, and then on top of that, to stay calm long enough to think about a way to get out of its clutches, while he and those around him are in danger of slowly and efficiently being strangled to death by a plant. It would kill his nerves.
What position would he most like to play in Quidditch, assuming he had to pick one?
I could see him being a beater or a chaser.

Gryffindor. Definitely. Though, based on wits, he could definitely qualify as a Ravenclaw.

Hogwarts, though he could definitely appreciate the women in Beauxbatons. And he'd probably impress them since he speak fluent French.

I could definitely see him as an auror.

MALE MODEL. Um. Being serious, he'd probably like being a fireman, because he gets to save lives and help the public. However, since he doesn't like heat very much (and fire, I hear, gets pretty hot), I could see him being an actor, since he tends to be a bit larger-than-life sometimes in the ways he portrays emotions.
What Harry Potter charactere is he most like?
He's a mix of Sirius, Dumbledore, and Ginny (yes, Ginny).

Now for Quinn since you hardly know anything about him, it would seem.

The night August was nearly killed, Quinn had taken the night off, telling his mother that he felt ill-- since she's very protective of him and all that, she made sure he was tucked securely into bed, hot soup and warm milk at the ready. However, he wasn't ill at all, and snuck out of the house to go drinking with some friends. He was about two months from his seventeenth birthday, and while it is legal in Seresu for kids his age to drink, he knew his mother wouldn't approve of him skipping Guard stuff to goof off. He proceeded to get smashed and stagger back into bed, sleeping soundly through the night without either of his parents being any the wiser. The next day he woke up with a pretty bad hangover, but he went to do whatever it is they do in the Guard anyway. He noticed that August wasn't there, but put it down to him sleeping in too long. But when August wasn't even there after lunch, he asked Gedric if he had any idea where he could be, and Gedric told him all about the happenings of the previous night. Obviously, Quinn was quite devastated, since August is Quinn's best friend. He beats himself up about it all the time, less so now than then, but he won't let himself forget it. August, of course, has no idea.
If he could change one thing about his physical appearance, what would it be?
He used to hate the fact that he had dark hair, because it made him different from the rest of Seresu, who has blonde hair. That's actually why he and Beatrix are good friends; they were both ostricised as children from their peers because they were different. Back then he would have wished for blonde hair, but now he thinks his dark hair combined with white skin and green eyes is cool and suits him much better than blonde ever could.
What one thing would he change about his personality, given the chance?
He tends to be a bit of a loner because he doesn't have a whole lot of social skills. He's very nice, but he doesn't know how to start conversations with people or how to introduce himself. Once he knows someone he's fine, but he has difficulties in social situations.

He wishes he knew magic. He has elementary skills, but no more than is necessary to do more than the basics. He wishes he were more profficient in it. It would make certain things easier.

But it was funny, I was counting the money in my wallet/purse thing and then I remembered I had two one dollar bills in one of my pockets somewhere, so I dig around in the skirt I'm wearing, and in a back pocket I feel two bills, and I'm like, "yess, moneys" and I pull them out, expecting two bucks, and I have a ten and a five. xD Yayyy. Moneys.

I've changed my icons. Again. This time only six across instead of seven. I think I like that better. Plus it's much easier to keep track of. You'll realise what I mean by that if you ever have the insanity to want to do that kind of stuff. However, this time it only took me an hour, instead of the three it took me last time; then again, I've done it before, and once I've done something once it's easier the next time. So I zipped through this one. I had a little less than half the icons I had last time, though, so that may have had something to do with it.

We probably wouldn't be able to, when I think about it... But maybe? If it's still light out? And wait. Thinking about it... What would we do for Tuesday? Like, as in... Um. This could be a bit more difficult than I'd imagined. And we still need to buy our tickets on Fandango for Harry Potter, since I'm assuming we're catching the midnight showing. And I would really hate to get there and find it's sold out until like eight in the morning. Which I could do, but it would be annoying trying to find amusement for eight hours and night on a Tuesday/Wednesday at the age of sixteen. If we were older we could potentially hang out at a bar and pick up hot guys or something, but we're not, so there goes that option. Hmm. Maybe it would be better to stay with you Tuesday. We could go shopping then if we had to. Oh gosh. This is difficult. Then your mum could potentially take us to the show, we can get in, have oodles of fun, then maybe she could give us a ride to the show-- though it would be late, so that could be a problem. Then we can take the Max home. And stuff. Yeah. Okay. I'll have to ask mum for money for the show and shopping... And to get the ticket online... Which we have to do soon or else it might be sold out. I had to get my Pirates 3 ticket online for the night-before showing... It was funny, pretty much everyone had Fandango tickets. xD

There is a book in Powells that I want so bad. Intensely bad. It's the coolest book ever. It's The Raven by Edgar Allen Poe and it's illustrated and has a lot of extra stuff. I would totally buy it if it weren't a thousand bucks.

I'm thinking that maybe I could spend Monday night at your house, then Tuesday we could look for costume stuff, then we go to the show (we'd have to figure out how to get there, though, since Cristian leaves for Hawai'i tomorrow). Then after that, the movie, and then we can take the Max downtown and walk to mum's apartment and you can spend that night with us. Yes. Since it will be quite early. In the morning. I could even have mum's keys if she doesn't have any plans that night. And assuming we can go, we will most likely see my friend Ellen there, because she says she's going hopefully. She's my Harry Potter friend from Band Camp a year ago. She's way cool.

I've passed out in the shower before. That sucks. Then once I slipped and cut my foot open. Blood was everywhere. I forget what I cut it on, but there was this big gash. I ruined a few towells. It was terrible. I'm pretty sure I've fallen asleep in the shower, though I can't think of a particular instance.

Mum woke me at ten thirty this morning to go to Kells for breakfast. After I'd gone to bed at five. I was really tired. Then we went shopping. And so I couldn't go home and sleep. So I'm tired now. And I think I'm going to go to bed.

I am watching Robin Hood. This is such a great show. All the guys are so hot. Robin especially. Except I think he could stand to trim his goatee just a little bit. But it works for him. She's teaching herself to handle a sword, and she totally owned this guy who threw her over his shoulder.

Plus there's one guy on the Slytherin Quidditch team who looks sort of like how I imagine McClaggan. And the guy who I think played Terence Higgs (seeker before Draco) in Philosopher's Stone I think is still on the team, and it's funny beause he doesn't look like he's happy about Draco being on the team. xDD I love watching the other characters in group scenes because it sets the good actors apart from the mediocre. The ones who have clear, defined characters, especially if they don't have any lines, are the best actors, in my opinion. Am I the only one who finds it curious that the year there are people being petrified, Professor Sprout just happens to be stocked with mandrakes? Very suspicious, especially since it apparantly takes a whole school year for them to mature, and the first attack wasn't for several months after the beginning of the school year. Haha, I have it paused (I love TiVO) on the page in Moste Potente Potions where it describes the polyjuice potion. I'm impressed. They didn't just BS it. It's quite well done. They even have the shredded boomslang skin and '1 pinchof powdered horn of bicorn (lunar extracted)'. Heehee.

Enough nerding, although I will be seeing acromantulas in a bit and I will undoubtedly scream because I always scream at that one part in this movie.

I know. I'm exhausted. But kind of disappointed at the same time. It was helping pass my time.

But his skirt won't blow up in a gust of wind (in the front, at least) because he's wearing a sporran. So no worries. I'm bored too. I was thinking about calling about an hour ago, except I don't know where mum's phone is and I didn't want to wake up everyone at your house. Although surprisingly I've been getting up before noon the past couple of days. I've been going to bed earlier because I'm a pansy. Except it actually is nice to get a good night's sleep... At night. Like here, I just yawned. I'm tired! I mean, I can stay up late if I have the stimulus, but if I'm just sitting around I grow quite tired quite quickly. Rather annoying, really.

Okay, is it weird for me to like Lucifer? Because I do really like him. He's arrogant and vain and egotistical but he's really cool. In a weird way. Maybe it's like being fond of all of your children regardless of how stupid they are or something. Except I really don't like Crimson at all. He's a jerk. He's more than a jerk. And he's scary. If I were in the same room as him I'd run from it at the soonest available opportunity, which would hopefully be immediately. :D

But anyway. Um. I forget what else I was going to say. I think that for my mother's birthday I'm going to draw her a picture of a really hot guy. Our interests surprisingly similar, I know.

Yes... I'll see what I can do to hijack it. Because we NEED to see it opening night. And I'd really, really like to be dressed up, so we have to save time to look for costume stuff. There's a costume store somewhere I forget where but my dad knows so it's okay that sells... Costume stuff (surprisingly, i know!) and so I was thinking that we could look for something there, just to see if they potentially have Potter stuff. They probably won't but I'd rather look and be disappointed than not look and wonder. But anyway. Then we can go to Buffalo Exchange or Red Light or something to see if they have stuff. If worse comes to worst then we can improvise and make do. But I'd rather look. Yes. Even though I don't think we'll really find much. But also we can go to craft stores and shoot and find red and gold ribbon (since i'm assuming we'd both be gryffindors...) and alter some clothing. I have a grey sweat I could layer over a shirt, but it's cashmere and I'd really rather not sew into it... But if I have to, I can always take out the stitches later. And then we can find skirts or something and put ribbon on them. And then we'd need plain white collared shirts to go underneath. And tights and shoes. Which I'm sure we have. I think we should wear chucks or something because it would be funny. And not match. And then we can either wear cloaks or go without, depending on the weather... If our costumes are good enough we might not need them, and I have a feeling it will be hot. And then if we want to be nerds we can find hats and wands. Although I doubt we could wear our hats during the movie, seeing as it isn't proper movie theatre etiquite... Unless the seats were situated the way where the person's head in the seat in front of you is practically at your feet. Then we could wear them. And we have to have wands because otherwise how could we possibly do magic? In Harry Potter world at least.

Nope, Lucifer isn't bisexual. He's pansexual. Which basically means he'll do anyone. Well, I guess what would be more fitting is beauty-sexual, because he'd do anyone so long as they were attractive. If he sees someone he thinks is hot, gender doesn't matter. He's kind of that way.

Yes, I didn't think that Shruikan would let Beatrix touch his wings, hence the last sentence. She'd want to, but she would respect Shruikan and not. She might be tempted from time to time but she would refrain. I like Beatrix. She's so cute. I also like how August describes her in my head. He says, "she's a very charming, polite, kind, demure young woman with a wicked streak a mile wide." And by that he means that she usually behaves very sweetly, but she's actually mischievous and tricky. For instance, August did something that annoyed her, and the next morning she made him coffee and left a note for him saying she was out somewhere; when he took a sip he promptly spat it out because she had dumped salt in it. (August hates salt.) He then realised that she had also mixed salt into all of the coffee he had left. And if August is addicted to anything, it's coffee. Or rather, he's addicted to the caffiene, because he has a hard time getting going in the morning without it. So he has to wait an hour, curled on the chaise, for Beatrix to get back. When she did she was all smiles because that's how she gets back at people. She's kind of scary in that respect because August says he could imagine her with a broad, delighted smile on her face as she gunned someone down. But she's not mean. She had gone out to buy August more coffee since she ruined what he had.

Okay. And also we ended up not making it to see the fireworks, because we were up in Washington at Cris's friend's house playing croquet. D: But since it was Washington we had huge fireworks. And fireworks that were illegal even in Washington because they were Indian fireworks, which are enourmous. Like, practically professional. Except I went to light one, and Pat (Patrick - we call him Pat) didn't know that it was my first time lighting off a huge firework, and so he's like, "Put it in the tube and light it, then run away before the fuse burns out," and I'm like, 'Tube?...' in my head, because I didn't know what he meant by that, so I sort of just set it on the ground and lit it, then ran off, and the next thing I know it explodes. Right on the ground. It was really loud, it was really bright, and it was really cool. Except after that I was cut off. Everyone got quite a kick out of it, though. I was called the entertainment for the night.

Okay. This is how much of a nerd I am. DD: It's really upsetting. Tonight at dinner, my dad was like, "Hey, did you hear what happened in England? They outlawed smoking in bars and restaurants." And what's the first thought that pops into my head? 'Good. I don't want August to get lung cancer.'

The comic thing kind of came to a stand-still. I think I will work on it tonight. If anything, just sketching out the pages. I'll work on fine-tuning them later. But urghhh the pages are so big that I'm drawing on... It's hard to draw on them mostly because of their size. I'm forced to do detail, which takes a long time, which takes up my drawing stamina, and since I'm forcing myself not to do detail so that I can draw longer, it's a big mental barrier and it's really annoying me. D<

Crimson is ambidextrous and will use anything sharp and/or heavy as a weapon. However, he prefers a sword above anything else. A really, really sharp sword. He likes hand-held weapons because he can feel the resistance from it when he, say, beheads someone or chops off a limb. (Crimson is a very violent person.) Lucifer is left-handed, and isn't really a fighter by nature, but he does have a vicious streak that comes out when he's pissed. He likes bows (almost typed 'boys'), because he dislikes getting his hands dirty. He's not to be mistaken for a pansy, however, since his skill with a bow/gun/anything that aims is quite intimidating. In fact, the only reason he dislikes fighting is because he's incredibly vain. He doesn't want blood spatters on his coat.

Funny how I can remember the really obscure one but I can't remember the obvious one.

I have been on a mad search for HP icons. And I've found like a trillion. An unhealthy amount, really. But there's this group of icons with just text, and it's quotes from the books. But they're really obscure quotes that you wouldn't know were from HP unless you'd read them carefully. :D I love it. They're so amazing. I think I'm going to revamp my whole profile and make it HP themed for July. Save everything so I will still have it, but make it all Potter-y. It will be amazing. There will be like a billion million icons and they will all be awesome.

I just made the best "that's what she said" joke. Mum said to Cristian, "That's when you've got to drop to your hands and knees and search for it until it smacks you in the face." And then I yell "THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID" and proceed to laugh myself silly. Because I am an idiot.

So I have decided that on our Harry Potter week (or however long our celebrations will last), we ought to go all out to have big celebrations. Mother has finished HBP (hehe, i almost typed HBO) so we can include her in discussions we should have about things that will happen. We will make HP fanart. We will make theories. We will have pow-wows with Harry Potter plates, napkins, et cetera (assuming we can find such wonders). It will be fun. We should also bake a HP themed cake. Just because. And we will use coloured frosting to decorate. And sprinkles. Lots of sprinkles. And we will have to shop for full outfits and go crazy with detail, adding our own if necessary. Because I am determined to be amazing this year.

And don't forget we have to see OotP together. Opening night. Preferably in costume. With drawn-on scars. And we can go to Finnigan's and see if they have anything remotely Harry Potter. Because I am determined to be cool and revered and admired during the premiere. We should see it at midnight, if at all possible. You can come over here if you need to and we can see it at midnight and you can crash at our place afterward. This is, after all, a momentous occasion, and we must be prepared for all things cool.

OKAY I HAVE TO SAY THIS FIRST. At the trip we were all hanging out with this group of four guys that we met, and their names were Dan, Sebastian, Quinn, and Tim. I know. Quinn. It was so funny. (by the way, i totally have dibs for sebastian as a name.) Dan was sweet and kind almost to the point of obscenity, Sebastian was really goofy and funny, Quinn was much like my Quinn if you can imagine it, and Tim. Oh my God. Don't even get me started about Tim. He was really funny, very nice, all that, but UGH. He had the most adorable blonde curls, big green-blue eyes, and he was tall with pale-ish skin. But the most amazing thing about him. HE'S FLUENT IN GERMAN. I kid you not. It blew my mind. I heard him on the phone while we were walking up the path to the beach to do a bonfire (even though we knew very well that bonfires and fireworks of any kind were illegal-- we brought sparklers, too), and at first I kind of wondered for a second why I couldn't understand what he was saying, and then I was just like, "ARE YOU KIDDING." It was amazing. Because you would never guess that Tim was German by looking at him or listening to him talk-- he sounds and looks quite thoroughly American. But LDJFSJDF:LKJSD. German. It seriously made my trip. But this is a funny conversation Dan and Seb had (keep in mind that they're joking the entire time, and we were on the beach walking to Manzanita):

Seb: Hey Dan, what kind of tracks are these?
Dan: What do you think they are, dumbass? (they were very obviously dog tracks)
Seb: I don't know. Bird or something?
Dan: No way, dude. Birds have three toes and webbed feet. This print has four toes and fur marks around the edges. It's obviously a squirrel.

Maybe you had to be there. But it was hysterical. And when we made the bonfire I was the only one who knew how to make a proper bonfire. Aren't I the city girl? I'm supposed to be helpless in the wilderness! Damn boys not knowing how to make a proper fire and making me have to be the man. But it was fun. We got pictures with them so you can see their hotness later. Because they were frackin HOT. I tell you what.

I really love the song Makes Me Wonder by Maroon 5. Adam Levigne, the main singer, is hot. I love the little one-eyebrow-lift thing he does. And he looks damn good in a suit. Which can be said of most men, really, so I don't know why they don't wear them more often.

It's finally going somewhere in S&N. I'm actually really eager to read it. It's so good. But I needed computer time.

Okay. One more beach thing. It wasn't cold at the beach at all. We even SWAM. As in, full submergance (is that a word?), head underwater, arms-and-legs-paddling swimming. It was really cool. We were body surfing. And wave hopping. Except Dan, Manda and I were the only ones brave enough to go in past our waists. We were practically up to our shoulders. Speaking of shoulders, I am deliciously sunburnt. I am red like lobster. Not really. But it is a funny visual.

That sounds good. Yes. Your house for a few days, my house, then Harry Potter. And I really need to do some scoping as to where the best Potter Party in town will be, so we can be there. And also, we need to have extremely excellent costumes. I was asking for Harry Potter stuff for my birthday, but as luck would have it I completely misplaced the list of all the stuff I'd made, and so I didn't have it in time to give to my dad. But I'm going to see if he'll get me some stuff anyway because he hardly got my anything for my birthday. Jerk.

anyway. so i got a whole ton of markers and even a copic marker case for a late birthday present. and so i've coloured the first page of the omake. and i think i may have to buy new markers halfway through because i swear i'm going to kill them. but it looks cool. the only problem is that there is less of a difference between cool grey #9 and black than i had hoped for. i'm going to have to colour some parts black in either photoshop or paint because i don't want to kill my black yet. because i have to use it for things. but i have more colours to get. and i will take my dad to get them for me since mum spent eighty-five bucks on like sixteen or seventeen markers or something. i can't find my copics from before which is really annoying because i had a good amount and good colours. blehh.

i realised recently why manga is so hard for me to author. i can't ever sketch anything, so when it comes to doing rough draft pages i can't do them at all because even sketches have to be perfect. because i'm alternately extremely lazy and a perfectionist to the extreme. but anyway. so i've been working on my little short omake, which is what i'm calling it since i don't have a better term for it. because it's emo. because yeah. but i'm going to get the pens to colour it tomorrow. i haven't actually drawn a whole lot yet since i used up my drawing quota by fine-tuning the first page and drawing the following twelve little thumbnails. I draw them about the size at marty's, because it forces me not to use detail. even though i do anyway. it's thirteen pages long. i didn't do it like that on purpose, it just happened. i think thirteen is a good number. yes. but reading it, you probably won't know what it's about until the ending pages, and then you'll want to go back and reread it. then it will make more sense. because it probably won't make sense until the end. i already said that. dammit. i'm redundant. i need to go to sleep. but i'm not. because i'm stupid. but we knew this already. i want to draw now. i'm going to try and do one page a day because i can't do any more than that and keep my sanity. i'm going to kill my new markers with this omake, i just know it.

I'm in a weird drawing mood now. I haven't been in a real drawing mood in forever. And a short comic thing just popped into my head. YAY INSPIRATION. Whoo. Actually, I can't remember the last time I was in a real mood for drawing. This is weird.

I need to take a shower. But I don't want to wash my hair yet. I straightened it and it's so easy to manage when it's straight. Because it's not everywhere and curly. Obviously. And things don't get stuck in it. Like pocky, for instance.

I still want to finish that Beatrix figurine.

BY THE WAY I SAW THE BODIES EXHIBIT AND IT WAS COOL. They had a set of plasticated intestines. I didn't know that much guts could even fit in one person, and it was only the intestines. It was like whoa. There were so many cool things there. It was awesome. I had so much fun. It was a really cool anatomy lesson. And with some of the bodies you can get, like, millimetres away and they don't care. They only care if you touch. No touchy. But it's so cool. We saw the accompanying IMAX movie too. It was great.

I changed my icon. I'm changing it again rather soon, I'm thinking.

I'm drawing an obscenely cute picture of Beatrix and August. I love them. They're so cute. It's based kind of off a picture I saw that I idioticly forgot to save-- it inspired August's pose. Then for Beatrix, I referenced from something that mum said while we watch James Bond for like the millionth time about a little gesture that one of the characters does. Yeah. August is only in his boxers because a) he prefers not to wear clothing if he can help it, and b) I want to draw his muscles. I'm killing myself with this picture kind of because I'm doing odd perspectives, complicated poses, and HANDS. GOD I HATE DRAWING HANDS. Dx Blehhhhhh. I can never get them to look right. But yeah. I like how it looks so far.

My knee is making an extremely worrying noise. Whenever I bend it and unbend it it sounds like cartilage crunching. Oh god what have I done to it. This is potentially bad. OH IT'S A SCARY NOISE.

He doesn't believe they're the same. One can be dark and not be truly evil, and one can be a very sweet and light and be completely evil. They often walk hand-in-hand, but not always.
What in an author's writing style can he flat out not stand?
He hasn't come across a writing style that really just put him off. However, if there was an author that couldn't describe things in creative, varying terms and used the same adjectives for everything, it would drive him nuts.
What can he not stand in the story?
He doesn't like characters that are completely perfect, who don't have any flaws whatsoever. He also doesn't like characters that are underdeveloped.
Would he be a leader or a follower, or neither?
He's a leader, though subtley. He doesn't lead by telling people to follow him; rather, he leads by following.

Yeah I KNOW he's in his twenties. xDD Which is why I thought it was funny because he does look young. But I was saying that in THIS he looks his real age.

Today it was funny because I only went to first and second period. My friend Roman convinced me to skip third period and hang out with him, and since third was study hall I did. We hung out on the front lawn with a group of other people. Roman and this other guy had their guitars and were playing around with them (Roman can play surprisingly well), and my friend Jordan and I were making clover chains (since it's something every girl knows how to do, apparantly) and making Roman, Donny, Jeff and Jeryth wear them. It was fun. Then Mrs Myner, the principle, drives up in her car and we're like, "Oh frack. We're screwed." Since we were all skipping third period. But she just gets out of her car, looks at us, laughs, and says, "Wow, you guys remind me of a college campus! That's great!" and we laugh because she's not making us go to class or something dumb like that. No one goes to their classes on the last day of school. Then fourth period Donny, Jordan, Annie and I walked down to Starbucks and got lattes. Because as I said, no one goes to class the last day. It was fun. I'd do it again but today was the last day. Which kind of is awesome.

Well, he WILL be in colour, as soon as I get around to colouring him... But I have all night to do everything. I need to read S&N and then colour Shadow. My picture makes him look more in his twenties. Because I drew him sort of older-looking. Which I guess is... good... but I need to reference his scars because I forgot what they looked like last night. While I was drawing him. And I hope I got his hair right....

So I was talking to my friend Hilary and I said, "I wonder what we're going to do in Japanese?" Because it's Japanese right after Band. She says, "Didn't sensei say we were going to watch a movie?" And I'm like, "Oh yeah! Whaddaya wanna bet we're watching a Miyazaki movie? Oh, oh! I hope we're watching Howl's Moving Castle! I love that movie!" Then later we're in Japanese and what movie does sensei say we're watching? HOWL'S MOVING CASTLE. My jaw dropped open and I turn around in my seat and yell down the row, "DID I CALL IT OR DID I CALL IT." And then we both nearly fell on the floor laughing because we're stupid.

YouTube is not loading. Damn Internets. I swear, YouTube is my most visited page. I go there first every time I turn on the computer. Mostly because I always have to have music playing in the background if I'm doing stuff. I don't know why but I do and it's weird. But I can't have the TV going. My dad likes to leave the TV on really loud and then go swimming or something. Then I have to get up and turn it off. It's quite irksome. Ever since my favourite shows ended I have grown quite irritated with the magical box of wonder.

WHY HAVE I STILL NOT DRAWN SHADOW. DDDDDDDD: I REALLY REALLY NEED TO. I was planning on drawing him today in study hall but I was really tired and slept through it. So I didn't. BUT I NEED TO TONIGHT. I will draw him right after I get back from Comedy Cafe. Because it's tonight. Yeah.

I'm also having a tough time getting through Strange & Norrell, mostly because while it's excellent writing, it's taking a long time for the plot to develop. I'm sure that once it gets good it gets really good, but right now it's still in the elementary stages. Mostly because I haven't had any time for reading. Blehh. I really just want to read it and get through it! Damn school, taking up all my free time...

My dad, being an idiot, insisted he had to have the computer TWO frackING HOURS AGO and stole it from me after I hadn't been on in over a full day, and had had it for maybe five minutes. So this is the first time besides the time two hours ago that I've been able to do anything. Actually, I had a comment all written and everything with probably twenty questions, then my dad stole it and proceeded to SHUT DOWN THE frackING COMPUTER BECAUSE HE FORGOT I WAS ON. LKSDJF:OKSJDF:LKSJD:FLKJ. I was quite upset. Because he does that stuff all the time but doesn't ever let me just finish what I'm fracking DOING first. And then he insists that he's not going to do what he does every time. Then when I become (rightfully) angry when he does exactly what he promised not to do, he gets all offended that I'm upset. URGHHHH. -_-#

Anyway. I've dyed my hair red. Not permanantly, of course, since I'm too lazy to keep up with the upkeep of permanant dye. But it's a very vivid, dark red. Think Beatrix's hair colour, actually, since it's pretty much that exact shade.

I really like the song Soldier's Poem by Muse. It and Starlight are my favourite songs of theirs. I was having fun on Sonos and looking through their stuff. Yes. I like Sonos. It's a delightful little invention. Except for when it's down and I feel more like smashing it to bits against the sidewalk. C: But when I first heard Starlight I was confused because it sounds kind of like U2's style more than Muse's...

Early morning, either when the sun is rising or has just risen. He's not awake to see it very often, unfortunately.

Late summer, early fall.

Either cedar or apple.
What language would he most like to learn?
Latin, but it's difficult to learn it because it's so rarely used. He's the type who has to have a lot of outside stimulus to learn a language at the pace he expects of himself. For instance, when he was learning Russian, he moved to Russia temporarily, to a place with few English-speakers. Within a month he was nearly fluent, and after that he moved back home and taught himself the subtleties of grammar, so he could write and read fluently. When he wants to learn something, he really wants to learn it.

He prefers warmer weather. He doesn't like it hot, per se, but warm. Mostly because he doesn't like wearing a lot of clothing.

My dad's girlfriend Angela, since it was my birthday tomorrow and she was going to be gone, threw me a party and took me to some place to get my nails done. It was so weird. But my toes are black and white alternating, and my hands are basic french tips, but on the ring fingers there is a little black and white flower. It's pretty but really weird, especially since it looks so professional and I'm used to my quickly brushed on, slightly chipped gold polish that I put on a few days ago. It's so weeiiiiirrrrrrd.

I have also decided that I have a fear of Asian accents. I amused myself by trying to think of the name for that fear while I was getting my nails done. Well, it's not so much a fear of the accent itself, mostly just of the fact that I can't understand thick Asian accents for the life of me. See, with European it's no problem-- Irish, Scottish, British, French, Italian, no problem. I can understand those easy. But then make me talk to someone who speaks in a thick Chinese accent and they might as well be speaking Chinese for all that I can understand. I realised this today because I have nothing better to think about than weird accents. Dx

I think I want to draw August in a dress. A short dress. And a kilt. Yes. Kilts = hot.

I just finished watching the movie 28 Days Later. It's so great. It's like... A modern zombie movie. It's so gory and violent, it's great. You should see it some time. It's got a really good idea for how zombies could exist. It's way cool.

That makes me pretty happy that you recognise my art... I was a bit worried that none of my art looks like whatever I drew last, so that's reassuring.

I don't think that's lame, I think it's really good, to not just go along with the usual, admittedly kinda mindless tactics of just having everyone look alike for no good reason. But my story includes (or..it will) characters from all around the world, so I should try my best to make it seem that way.

Oh, oh, and I read FMA 71. It was good. Salim is so fracken creepy. And Ed is funny.

I just got back from paintballing. Those things hurt like a dog when they hit. xDD But it's so fun. I have some impressive welts, let me tell you. I was shot from nearly point-blank range in the left knee, and it's all swollen and red. It's amazing. I got shot again in my left elbow, because some guy was a jerk and was acting like he was leaving, except he wasn't holding his gun up-- but since it was one of the first games, we figured he just didn't know the rules. (when you get hit, you're supposed to hold your gun above your head, yell that you've been hit, and walk with your gun above your head until you're out of the arena.) But he was just ambling out of the arena with his gun pointed down, and we were kind of wary because we didn't know if he was out, but we didn't want to be jerks and shoot him, so we kind of just turned our backs and focused on the warfare in front of us, but then the guy turns around and opens fire at us! Bastard hit me in the elbow. We turned around as soon as we realised what had happened and shot the crap out of him, but it still hurt. But is was so great. I love paintball. Hurts like hell and leaves awesome welts, but so much fun once you get into it. We played outside in the forest, so there was a lot of brush to hide in, but we got all muddy and gross. Plus you get covered in paint.

But yeah. Those frackers pack a punch.

I wasn't on the interwebs at ALL yesterday, which is really really weird. I went to school, obviously, then came home, realised I didn't have my keys with me since I had forgotten to switch them into my other bag, sat outside waiting for my dad to get home, then as soon as he got there and let me in I had to pack and leave for my mum's apartment. But before that, we went to dinner at Rocco's, which is the pizza place kitty-corner from Powell's. Then we went to mummy's house. But right when I got there I realised that I had ten minutes to get ready for the Art Show that our friend had a spot in. So we went to that, which lasted until about 8.30, then went all the way out to Cristian's house and touched up some of the stuff, like, painting over some of the imperfections in the walls and such, since he's trying to sell it. And we ended up staying there until about 11.30. Then we got home around 12.15, and I completely zonked, and I only just got up about an hour ago. I slept for long time. Because I hardly get any sleep during the week. But yeah.

There's nothing... Too potentially spoilerful in that notebook (hahahahaha, plan FOILED), but since I would like it back at some point, I guess I'll have to go see Pirates sometime next week that isn't opening night. Actually, any night that isn't opening night is good for me. Saturday night would be very nice. I could do Saturday. And if we could get a late showing (late showings are best because of their glaring lack of screaming children), then we could walk home to mum's house or... something. I don't know.

Hahahaaaaaa. I remember what I was going to tell you! I was at Borders the other day and I was reading Loveless volume 5, and there was this one part that seemed freakily familiar. Ritsuka, the main character, had an older brother named Seimei who died/was killed. (can't remember which) Well first of all, it was weird to me that Seimei is five years older than Ritsuka. Secondly, Ritsuka obviously adores his older brother. Thirdly, the conversations (in flashbacks) that they had were eerily familiar to how August and Gwen act sometimes. It was really weird. I was kind of laughing but kind of like "this is so creepy" at the same time.

Well, I would skip my Band thing, but my friends would pretty much murder me and hang my dead body from the ceiling as a warning for all those ever thinking to skip a Band... thing. We stay after school to eat dinner, in school, then watch movies until about seven, then leave for Bullwinkle's where we can play miniature golf, race cars, play laser tag (I totally kick @$$ at laser tag), and other such joys. And there's DDR there. I kick @$$ at DDR.

Buchanan (you spelt his name funny xDD) got fired by his wife, who's the chick who works in the white house, because she had to in order to keep her job because of something stupid that was most likely a plot device. And so that's how Nadia took over, because before leaving he told her that she was in charge. So yeah. And the nuclear information was all on that chip because the terrorists who had set off the bomb in LA were Russian, and thus using Russian techonology. Yeah.

I wonder if the next Tsubasa chapter is out... It's out either today or tomorrow.

I've been making sure I have extra time in the morning before I leave for school so that I may listen to my Howl's Moving Castle theme. I love that song. So much. So I make time to listen to it at least twice every morning. And then I usually listen to Spirited Away's theme. It has a good one too.

Okay, I seriously love Ouran Host Club episode 24. It's my favourite of all of them. Not only is Tamaki horrifyingly precious, but it also has a really good storyline. And plus I also love Kyouya. I don't think I've ever seen an anime where I loved pretty much every single main character. Especially one where there's this many. GUH I LOVE THIS ANIME.

Well, it's not really a 'good' ending, because August is still dead and Gwen is still heartbroken, but it sort of provides some closure. It sounds cornier on here than it does in my head. I don't know. I'll write it out and see how it goes.

I have a field trip to PSU either this week or next... I hope it's this week, Thursday preferably, since I really can't afford to miss another Drama class. We're doing the dance thing and I've already missed one class. Which is bad. So yeah.

On another note, I won't be able to make At World's End on opening night, since Mr Betts went and scheduled the band trip that day. We're going to be at Bullwinkle's until, like, after midnight or something. It'll be great, but it will kind of suck since I really want to go to AWE the day it opens. >( Dammit, Mr Betts!

Oh, and, it's not the last scene. The last scene has August as the primary character, though. Basically, it's kind of like August wakes up in heaven. It sounds really corny, but it isn't really as bad as it sounds. He sees Beatrix there and has a short conversation with her. And that's the last chapter. One of the themes is that even if Gwen goes, she'll see August again somehow-- you know. Because you read that other thing I sent you, about their argument. And so August is upset in the afterlife or whatever because he confides in Beatrix that he was lying to Gwen, and that he wasn't happy in leaving so soon, because now he wasn't going to be able to see her again, yadda yadda yadda. But Beatrix reassures him that August will see Gwen again, and blah blah blah. Sounds corny, but I wanted to end the thing on a happy-ish note... Yeah.

If August could somehow hear the things that go through my head, I imagine he would be a bit terrified of me. A bit. xD But I would feel bad for him, because I pretty much tried to find the worst possible way for him to die and still be conscious until the last moment. I'm terrible. But in a way I guess it's better than him dying instantly, because at least he and Gwen got to say goodbye.

Are you kidding me? You should have seen me writing it. I was seriously bawling. Okay, not really, but there were tears dripping down my face. See what I mean? I'm horrible! I feel so bad for Gwen! I've killed off everyone she cares about! (August says something about Beatrix-- I kill her off too) I'm terrible. xDD; See, in the other versions August was going to live. Then I decided, "IF I'M GOING TO TORTURE MY CHARACTERS I AM DOING IT PROPERLY AND FER SERIOUS." So, I killed him off. DD: It makes me so sad to kill him. Because I love him.

I want to do things, but mother does not. And since it's Mother's Day we have to do what she wants. frackING MOTHER'S DAY. YOU JUST RUIN MY WEEKEND.

I need to give you the story portion. So, here you go. It needs revision, but whatever. It will do.

"This is such a shame," August gasped. He clutched Gwen's hand tightly, looking somewhere into the heavens as her body shook with silent sobs. "I was looking forward to seeing your future children someday. I bet they would have been lovely." He sighed, then coughed and spluttered as his ruined lungs slowly filled themselves with blood. Something dark scarlet trickled out of his mouth, contrasting harshly with his white face. "I wouldn't have minded having children of my own, actually," he continued, his eyes sad. "And if I could have chosen the woman who would mother them, it would have been Beatrix. She was quite lovely, you know." August's voice broke. Gwen sobbed into her brother's chest, doubled over with the force of her grief. He reached with a trembling hand and turned her face to his; his heart broke as he saw her expression. Words could never have described the level of her despair. For the first time that night August felt the tears in his own eyes. They overflowed down the sides of his face, dripping onto cold stone.

"Please," he asked, his voice trembling. "Please don't cry." Gwen attempted to speak for a few moments, but words failed her. Gulping hard, she tried again.

"I..." she whispered, "No. You can't. You're too young, this isn't right--" Her voice rose several octaves as she broke into a new wave of tears. They streamed down her face in torrents, her hands desperately clutching at his.

"Ginny," August whispered. He bit his own lips hard to keep from losing control of his emotions. He was dying, he knew. He would not be able to recover. He could not be saved. Thus, he had to make the last few minutes of his consciousness count. "Ginny, Ginny, Ginny." He took a deep breath, ignoring the painful spasms in his chest.

"Firstly, I would like to tell you that I love you." Gwen wailed and pressed her face into his chest, heaving with the force of her despair. "Secondly, I want you to know that I go without regrets, that I enjoyed my life, and that I don't feel as though I am leaving too soon. I have lived a fulfilling life. And lastly, I know that this is the end for me. I know I'm dying. But I have a request." He pulled her face to look at his, gazing into her grief-stricken eyes seriously. "Don't die with me."

Gwen could only nod her understanding. Could her heart be shredded any farther?

"I love you, August," she whispered, swallowing hard to keep the hysterical edge from her voice. She smoothed the hair out of his face, her hand on the back of his head to hold it up, since he no longer could.

"Be happy." He smiled. It was a devastating smile; one that spoke of unbearable sadness. His repetition of their parents' final wish was the nail in the coffin, sealing his fate, making Gwen feel a type of horror she'd never experienced. Then he choked, and screwed up his face against the pain of his wounds. Gwen held on to her brother as his body shook. His breath grew shallow and pained as his lungs failed him, his own pulse slowly and torturously killing him. The while marble was drenched in red. His hand was clenched tightly around hers, so tightly that it was painful. Gwen welcomed it. Anything to distract her from the horror gnawing at every fibre of her being. August's pain-filled eyes found hers, wincing as he could no longer breathe. His teeth bared, eyes clenched shut.

Then with a tremor that racked his whole body, he went limp. His sweaty hand slipped out of hers.

Gwen could not move. Horror, despair, disbelief, and helplessness crashed over her all at once.

August was dead.


Just for clarification, August was stabbed in the chest, and while it wasn't in the heart so it didn't kill him instantly, he was stabbed in the lung. So he's bleeding into his lungs, basically. It's a slow, rather painful way to die, since he's in effect drowning.

I really ought to be doing my homework, since I have a HUGE thing due for Biology tomorrow. But I have a doctor's appointment at 9.45 am, and so I'm missing the huge vocab test tomorrow in English and hopefully Biology so that I can postpone having to turn in the work sample. I hate work samples. With a passion. I fiery, burning passion.

So hopefully my dad will be kind and won't make me go to school at all tomorrow. C: Although, on the other hand, I have dance in Drama that wouldn't be so great to miss, most likely.... Ah well. That's what my friends are for. xD They can teach it to me, dammit!

Well I know what you mean. I don't mean to, but I put political issues into a lot of what I right about. If one were to read between the lines enough, one could make parallels between the war between Seresu and Sirian in my story and the war in Iraq. o.o I didn't do it purposefully, it just happens. And same thing with my G+B story. I incorporate some modern themes and problems into it.

I am having the worst sort of allergic reaction to something. I don't even know if that's what it is. But basically I've got a weird sort of rash-type-thing around my collar and torso-area, and I have to wear high-collared shirts to avoid people asking about it. -_-;; It's really annoying. I don't own things with high collars. So basically I'm wearing the same stuff every day. It's really throwing off my whole fashion sense. DD: I don't appreciate this.

I think I must be eating for you or something, since I'm always hungry. Always always. I'm hungry right now. I'm going to go feed us.

I have a bad tummy ache. The kind where there's only one cure. And that cure is to eat a shootload of food.

I really really like Kaien. He's just so cool. And there's this one Hollow girl in Hueco Mundo that I just adore. She's the one who fought Uryu... Oh yeah, I love Uryu too. But anyway. She's just so damn awesome-looking. I want to cosplay as her so bad. But I realised today I won't be able to go to Kumoricon this year. DDDDDD; I'll be in Europe. I don't get back until 4 September. shootfrackDAMMIT. I really wanted to go. ;3;

There is a really stupid bug outside that has flown into the window like twenty times. In a row. Wow. That takes stupidity to a new level.

But I know what you mean. That's why I'm not taking an art class. It's so funny when people see some of my drawings then ask what art class I'm in, because their faces when I tell them I've never taken an art class amuses me to no end. Sheesh. Why do people assume that art talent could only come from years of art classes? You and I learned everything from practise. People who have to take art classes are pansies. If you need an instructor to teach you how to draw then you don't have the talent anyway. But don't even worry about it, I failed Home Ec in eighth grade, and that's one of the easiest classes to pass ever, pretty much. xDD

My friend Gabe has the best, most awesome musculature ever. He has very little fat on his body but very toned muscles, and so if he's in his track uniform or decides it's too hot in math class and takes off his shirt (like he did today) I get into these happy giggles. I would seriously love to just keep him for an anatomical model. Plus he's cute so that's an added bonus. o.o But seriously. It's amazing.

This morning I broke the strap off of my shoe right before getting on the bus. It really, really sucked, because it won't stay on my foot if the strap isn't there. So I went through then entire day carrying my shoes around. Which kind of a lot sucked because the ground was really hot today from the sun. Normally I wouldn't mind. But today I did. >(

Last night 24 made me sad. I don't know if you've seen it yet, but something happened that upset me. Namely, someone dies who I've been rather fond of since the beginning. I won't say who but yeah. Ruined it for me.

House tonight though so it makes it all better. :D

In my Future Focus class we have to pretend to apply to colleges. And that means that we have to write essays. There were prompts, but I made up my own and wrote about how intelligence comes in different forms... Actually, I'm going ot have to rewrite it since I started on one subject and kind of ended on another. xD; My bad. But whatever.

frack yeah we're seeing At World's End together. I was supposed to see it opening night with my friend Breanna, but I'm going to reschedule so that we can see it opening night instead. C:

And yes, you should probably see 1 & 2 before 3. It wouldn't be completely necessary, but to understand some of the subplots it's probably useful. We could rent the first two, watch them, then go to a late showing of the third. Late showings are the best. And we'll have to catch a late showing of At World's End so that there won't be a bunch of lame little kids screaming and ruining it.

That would be awesome to go to the same college. In Dublin, nonetheless. Or England... Whatever. I really only want to take English, Writing, and general other such writing classes. Literature? Something like that. But yeah.

My Drum Major in marching band is so cute. His name is Martin. And he has dark curly hair. I love curly hair. And he has nice musculature from directing and playing for four years. (he's a senior.) And he's just precious. I was in the front row for our squadrons and on the very edge, and Martin would often stand right in front of me and march backwards to watch our rows. He's just so cute. And very distracting.

Ooooh! I'm watching the commercial thing for Bones and it looks really good! Yeah. I'm watching 24 and commenting. Yeah.

Well if we had off-campus lunches, the closest place we'd be able to go is... McMenamin's, down the way. 'Down the way' meaning, of course, five blocks away from the school. We don't really have anything within walking distance around here, unfortunately. That's what you get when you live out in the boonies like I do. -_-

I finished Bleach. You're right, the ending is evil. CLAMP-worthy evil. Tsubasa this week, by the way. :D But yeah.

Oh yeah, and today is the ONE MONTH AND ONE WEEK UNTIL SCHOOL'D OUT mark! :DDD Except we get progress reports today, and my dad's going to kill me since my grades kind of a lot suck right now. xDD;;

I think I must cry easily or something because I swear I was tearing up at the end of Spiderman 3. Which we should go see if only because Harry is SO frackEN HOT. But yeah. I know I'd bawl if you moved away somewhere really far away. Perhaps we could take turns living with each other? Like, you'll be in Dublin, and I'll be in Paris, or wherever, so we could take the train or fly or something to the other and hang out. That would be cool. And since we'll both be writers or artists to some degree, then we can get influence off of each other and it will be awesome. Plus since I'l be learning Japanese and you'll be learning Japanese, and we're both quite obviously fluent in English, and if we'll be in Paris, we could potentially be trilingual! (with French, obviously) That would be amazing. I could totally imagine us having a conversation and switching between the three randomly. xDDD That would be awesome. Hell, I'd learn Spanish too, since I'd probably be vacationing in Spain from time to time... And frack. Let's learn Italian and German for good measure.

Yesterday was the mark of one month until I'm sixteen. I don't want to be sixteen. DD: I need to enter the Finnigan's art contest before then. You should do it too! The latest age group is 13-15. We should both enter. The theme is THE ZOO! I have no fracken idea what I'm going to draw. xD;

I personally like it when it's sunny, but I don't like being in the sun too long, because my skin tingles like when your foot falls asleep if it's exposed too long. It happened today at lunch because my friends and I ate lunch outside. We can eat lunch outside a long as it's nice. Our school is so lax and trusting. They'll let us eat lunch anywhere so long as we stay on campus. It's really great. We often sit outside on the grass to eat lunch.

Ohhh.... I have news to tell you. Big big big news. That will come into effect after I graduate high school probably. Mum and Cristian want to move to Paris, and they want to take me with them. So I may end up living in France after high school. I'm not entirely sure as to whether I'm happy about it or not yet, but I certainly think it would be cool. I wish I could just kidnap you and take you with me. How awesome would it be to live in France? Sheesh...

But I'd definitely be flying you out to visit for at least a month every summer. We could go to London! And Ireland! It's not entirely sure where we'd move yet, but mum and I are hoping for Europe. Cristian seems more leaning toward Tokyo or Shanghai, but it's so crowded there already, and there's a whole, completely different language to learn, and whole new customs, and THERE WON'T BE CUTE EUROPEAN BOYS IN TOKYO NO THERE WILL NOT. And I need my cute European boys. I want to go to Venice. We can go to Venice together.

Anyway. Yeah.

We're doing a dance unit in Drama, and we're choreographing a dance to a song from the Monty Python musical. It's an amazing song. Girls, unfortunately, don't have as large a part, though, so blehh. But it's still great. We get to be can-can dancers and squeal in high pitches!

Oh great fun.

AND we get to dress up in dance costumes for the class and take first lunch! It's quite delicious.

But Nate is interesting and very difficult to explain and understand so I can't describe him even on the best of days, and to do it best it has to be in person so that I may gesticulate. Because I feel the need to do so when describing a person like Nate for reasons I can't quite understand.

Anyway. Yeah. I need to draw that picture, and then I'll be done. And I'll go to bed. And sleep.

And I'm practically dead on my feet and so I kind of just shuffle through. xDDD It was great. My dad laughed at me.

I need to draw mooooooore. I haven't drawn very much in so long. Mostly I'm just reading Bleach. Because I'm a nerd. I need to write more of my story. Blehh.

And my dad was like, "How do you know about a particle acelerator? I don't even know what it is!" And I just loftily respond, "It's because I read. Perhaps if you were to do the same you would have the same vast knowledge I've managed to accumulate." I worked as many big words into it as I could. xDD

Today in Future Focus we seriously did nothing. We were all in the computer lab and we just played on the computer. The entire time. We were supposed to be doing this thing about colleges (it's a stupid class for stupid people). A select few people actually did the work, while the rest of us copied off them. Heheheheeee. We've learned how to shirk work. Then we played on PhotoBooth, which is this thing where you can take lots of pictures of yourself with the camera in the computer frame. Then you can say whether they should be in comic book style, inverted, light tunnel, heat thingy, whatever. So we basically did that the whole period. And played on the Interwebs. So much fun. Then we e-mailed all the best (stupidest) pictures of ourselves to... ourselves. Because we're losers.

I'm going to post the best ones. xDDD

They live in Chicago. Yesss. I had forgotten to bring a pencil today though (I usually write in pen) and so I had to draw in Prismas. And thusly I couldn't erase. So Carlisle has a few mess-ups, as does everyone else... But at least Beatrix's are almost unnoticeable. I really love her portrait. I've already said that. But it's true.

I decided I didn't want to go to Anime club anyway and so I came home. It has absolutely nothing to do with me wanting to come home and read more Bleach. Never. What gave you that idea? >_>;

HAPPY MAY DAY

I want to draw a picture in celebration of May Day. It would be fun. Last night around midnight I had the sudden need to write down a short excerpt from something that happened when Gwen was around twelve-ish and August was 17-ish. August got into a big nasty fight with some older kids, and one of them had a knife, and since it was, like, 5 against 1 they won, and August had had his leg sliced pretty bad-- like, to the bone. Nearly severing the muscle. And the scene is where Gwen finds him and starts crying and freaking out because she thinks he's going to die. Which he's not, but he's losing a lot of blood and he's pretty badly beaten up, so she has a right to be upset. Then she kind of tells him off for not going straight home, and he says that he didn't want her to see him like this, blah blah blah. August didn't actually pick that fight, though, so it wasn't his fault at all. They kind of assaulted him. In a back alley. Because they were jerks. So Gwen used magic to heal him, but because she had only just started her training with the High Magician of Seresu a few months previous she'd never really had any practise healing wounds. She knew the concept, but she'd never actually done it before. So she gives it a shot and heals him, but now there's a 'thick, glossy scar where the open wound had been'. But in my stories healing is not a pleasant feeling, and in fact is described as kind of feeling like your skin is on fire. The magic kind of speeds the division of cells, making the body repair itself at hyperspeed, and the resulting cell transport and division creates discomfort. August was in a lot of pain already, though, so he describes it as 'excruciating'. Usually it starts out as merely rather uncomfortable, but it gets worse the longer it goes on-- which is why people often prefer to heal at the regular pace, because it can be very painful. Plus it drains your energy and most people feel fatigued for days afterward.

I'm going to be a dork and leave a comment before I go to school. Blehh. I'm so freaking tired. I was very tempted to just roll over and go back to sleep after my alarm went off this morning. But I didn't. I'm still tempted to just crawl right back in bed, though. It certainly doesn't help that it's covered in thick warm blankets and it's all plush and if I close the blinds it's nice and dark and warm--

Anyway. So it's really cold right now. I'm in two jackets. And whoop-dee-dee, I get to go outside after this and walk the equivalent of three blocks to my bus stop, stand with a bunch of annoying kids until it comes, then sit on it and get to school and have to go to English and then Biology and then Drama and then Future Focus and sldkfjsldjflskjdf. At least we're doing our dance unit in Drama so I hopefully won't, like, die. Or collapse. Whichever comes first. Although then after school I have to go to Anime club because my dad's going to pick me up at the school and then take me to his friend's house so that we can eat dinner and blehhhhhhh. I WANT TO GO TO SLEEP. And this comment of complaining ends now.

Except I still want to read Bleach, and draw all the dozen pictures I have lined up in my head, and then sleep. SLEEEEEEEEEEP.

Apparently I annoyed him xDD) Because I know what I want August's to look like, but I don't know what I would call it. I like Gwen's, though. I'm going to do some specifications to both their designs, because I really don't have either in their... Finalised forms? I don't know really what I'm trying to say, but I do at the same time, and so yeah. But I need to draw more.

WHY DO I DO THIS TO MYSELF. Two are short mini comics and the others are little pictures that popped into my head while surfing DA... Have I already told you this? I have no short-term memory.

I have been reading Bleach online for like the past three hours straight. Oh my God. I need a life. But it's SO DAMN GOOD.

OH my god. I just read something and thought that Kisuke had said something else and oadifhsldhflsdf. Died. Kisuke actually says, "Since you like to butt in so much..." But I misread it as "Since you like it in the butt so much..." And I kind of did a double take and was like "OH MY GOD KISUKE WHAAAAAAAAAAAAT" and then sort of just was like, "Oh. ...My bad." Then I started laughing really hard.

I love to eat lunch outside with my Drama friends, Kolby especially, since he's dating one of my best friends, and I love to pull up the hem of my dress a bit and flash some very white leg at him, because not only does he joke that he's blinded, it makes Manda laugh that he gets all embarassed. We're all sadists. D:

I'm going to Kinokuniya in a bit hopefully... We've been packing forever. FOREVER forever. Because we're moving tons of stuff into storage to make room for Cristian's new 42" plasma TV. Why we need a TV that big is beyond me, but... Whatever. He's a boy who likes his toys.

I painted my nails yellow! I'm going to use the black that I also got to paint over them and make little bumblebees. I love bumblebees.

Last night I was surfing DA (since I like to) and I saved a crapload of favourites, along with getting lots of ideas for drawings and stuff. I also got ideas for two very short little comic things. August is the punchline in one, and either he or Quinn will be the punchline in the other. I really like Quinn. He doesn't have a very big part in my Tsubasa story yet, and he isn't in G+B yet at all, but he's still cool. I like him. While August, bless him, is a lot of comic relief, Quinn is much more serious and quiet. August is loud and raucous and joyful; Quinn is quiet, bookish, and serious. That isn't to say that's all he is, of course, because he and August are very good friends, but Quinn is much more mellow.

Um, 24... Um... Jack hijacked a car and went to meet Chang, the Chinese butthead (I haven't used that word since like fifth grade), but that other CTU agent whose name I forget basically interrupted the whole thing, messing up Jack's plan, and letting Chang get away with the techonology. Because he's stupid. Then it turns out that they made Audrey crazy or something, because the only thing she says now is "Help me Jack" or something like that, but when Jack tried to talk to her she kind of recognised him for a moment, and so Jack's like, "LET ME TALK TO HER I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN HELP HER NOW OMG" and stuff. So yeah.

ALL the Disney princesses. Snow White especially. I have a sudden fascination with Snow White that I can't understand.

I WANT A VANQUISH~~

I got the most adorable umbrella today. It's yellow. And it's for little kids. And on it, I kid you not, it says, "It' smart!" Apostrophe included. So it's obviously foreign. xDD

i wrote one of the ending scenes in my tsubasa story and it had me in tears. seriously. it was sad. it's the scene where the person dies. it's really very depressing.

yeah, we obviously know each other too well, since we understand everything the other person says. regardless of we say it. like, we could say something like, 'hey, that guy from that thing had the cool thing!' and you'd know what i meant. i don't mean anything by that in particular, though, so yeah. xD but you know what i mean.

haha you do know me too well. xDD yeah, i didn't really notice that his keyblad was unsymmetrical... but from what i remember i don't remember it as unsymmetrical. wow. i used 'unsymmetrical' and 'remember' a lot.

i'm watching csi. i love this show. it's great. the killer makes miniature models of the crime scene for every murder he commits, down to the tiniest detail. it's so cool.

i'm going to try and find/buy some tarot cards so that i can reference them and draw new, better ones. :DD

in japanese our current project is to make a family tree, and they said we could make up an entire family, so i did! nikolas and jane are my parents; august, gwen, gedric, and bellatrix are my siblings (august = 21, gedric = 19, bella = 17, gwen = 16); and i made up grandparents. their names are beatrix (i just really wanted to use that name somewhere) and carlisle (hahalolomg). whee. so yeah. i am my friend abby's cat! it's great fun. this one guy in my class has a family entire consisting of pokemon characters. i'm another guy's little sister. and it's generally more fun than it probably ought to be. i'm going to draw what all of my people look like, too, but in their prime-- like, carlisle and beatrix aren't going to be old, since i'm drawing how they would look in their early twenties or so, but i'm colouring it in sepia to make it look like an old photograph. same with nikolas and jane.

yay!! i'm so glad that sora will be in it! i would be so mad if it didn't have at least some of the original characters it in. i mean sheesh.

we watched a movie in future focus that didn't really have anything to do with what we were learning, and it had sean connery in it. and my friends and i made joke after joke about him. he's old, scottish, and totally badass. in the kind of way that chuck norris is badass. and he's just so much fun to joke about. we made our substitute mad since we wouldn't shut up. xDD

ohhhh. i did this bulletin on myspace where it was like, there would be a question like, 'what is your name?' or 'how tall are you?' and you'd go into yahoo images and type in the answer, and choose an image from the first page, and put it in the bulletin as the answer. it was dreadfully fun.

i was reading bleach yesterday and i got all excited about it. i love volume 20. so much stuff happens. it's so great.

Haha. In my Tsubasa story a lot of characters cry. Gwen had cried (because she may not seem like it but she's rather easily driven to tears), Fay has cried, August has cried, even Kurogane has cried. xDD But all the boys so far have only cried once, and Kuro's was because of... Hell. I'll post the story except. It's actually an entire chapter in my story. xD But here:

Kurogane was back home. But he wasn't, he knew, because he was in Seresu, in the strange, plush bed that was elevated off the floor in Gwen's house. Thus, he was certain he was dreaming.

However, it was nice, this dream. It smelled like home.

He missed Nihon. He missed the grounds of Shirasaki castle, the nighttime strolls, guard duty, his bed, even the simple pleasure of sitting outside on a nice day and sharpening Ginryu. What he missed most, though, had to be Tomoyo. He supposed that his affection for his princess was similar to August's affection for his Queen; both were the only family the men knew. Kurogane missed her smile, her charm, the way she laughed when she played tricks on her ninjas. Even just her presence.

As if summoned by his thoughts, Tomoyo herself appeared from nowhere.

"Tomoyo?" Kurogane asked hesitantly. There was something about this dream, he realised. It seemed very... Real. Tangible. Like it was more than just his imagination at work.

"Hello, Kurogane," she said. Yes, this was his Tomoyo. Suddenly he realised what was going on.

"You're... It's really you. You're visiting me in my dream," he said, eyes widening. She smiled more widely.

"Correct." She fixed the alignment of her kimono before addressing him again.

"Do you know why I'm here, Kurogane?" she asked seriously. He nodded. The curse. Of course.

"Do you have anything to say for yourself? An explanation?"

"The guy was about to kill Gwen. Too many people rely on her, and... Her death would be worse than me losing some of my strength. I knew what killing that man meant, and I accept the consequences of my actions." Tomoyo raised her eyebrows.

"Do you regret it?" she inquired quietly. Kurogane had thought about it... If there had been another way, then perhaps he would feel regret, but at the time, there had been no other option. On the battlefield it was kill or be killed.

"No," he said firmly. "I don't."

"Would you do it again?"

"...Yes." Kurogane knew that if he were presented with the same circumstances, he would make the same choice. There was nothing he could have done. Suddenly Tomoyo looked very, very happy.

"That's just what I wanted to hear," she said proudly.

"What?"

"The curse that I put on you was one that prevented you from taking unnecessary life. You heard it as everytime you killed someone, your strength would diminish. I did it purposely to make you think that. The time when someone else's life meant more to you than your strength, even for just a moment, was the time that you could kill not for your own agenda, but to help someone else. And so, I am here to lift the curse."

"Are you serious?" breathed Kuro, aghast.

"Quite," Tomoyo smiled. "But first, I have a question for you." She paused. "Do you want to come home?"

"Yes," he answered instantly.

"I can take you home right now, should you wish it. Do you want me to bring you home, Kurogane?"

Such a dilemma Kurogane had never faced. He wanted more than anything to be home in Nihon again, to see his fellow ninja, to be around people who understood him. That was, after all, his wish. But then he thought about Syaoran, the kid who would do anything to save his princess. Sakura, who was young, innocent, sweet, caring... Fai, Gwen, August; he could not abandon them. He'd always believed that the instant Mokona landed in Nihon it would be a goodbye, and that he wouldn't miss them. But thinking about it, goodbyes were harder than he'd realised.

"I'm sorry, Tomoyo," he said. He set his mouth in determination. "My wish is still to return home, but I can't leave them now. The kid needs help collecting the feathers. As much as he'd like to believe, he can't do it alone, and so until the time the manjuu takes me to Nihon I'll stay with them." Tomoyo looked surprised for a moment, then smiled even wider.

"I'm glad you said that." She chuckled. "If you hadn't, I would have assumed that you didn't learn your lesson fully, and I would have left the curse. But since you answered as you did, the curse comes off." She waved her hand, and suddenly Kurogane felt a great weight lift off of him, leaving him feeling lighter than air.

"Thank you, Tomoyo," he said. "I will be back home, mark my words."

"Oh Kurogane," whispered Tomoyo, her beaming smile radiant. The tears in her eyes were tears of utmost joy as she slowly walked toward him. "I am very, very proud of you." She reached up with her small hands, pulling his face to her level and kissing his forehead. She hugged him tightly around the neck, chuckling all the while.

Kurogane woke from his dream, and realised the tears on his cheeks were his own.

Oh and, you may notice that I have a ton of Carmina Burranas on there, but I'm going to delete all except the most recent two, so yeah. The 300 one and the sheet music. I like to sing along to it. xDD It's so much fun.

And also. 151 is one of the cruelest chapters yet. The ending mainly. Urghhhh. DO SOMETHING KUROGANE. Although half of me says not to because I'd like to see how it would make Fay act, if-- um, just read it. xDD I think the next chapter doesn't come out until like the ninth or something. DDD: I CAN'T WAIT TWO frackING WEEKS, CLAMP.

Okay. My friend Hillary is in love with August, and my friend Abby is in love with Gedric. xDD I've been telling Abby about my story plot for Gedric and Bella and she's been really enjoying it. We call it the epic plot since it's been two days on the bus ride home and I still haven't finished explaining it all. And I explain straight through the entire ride. Which is like 20 minutes. It's great fun.

Yeah. I need to change my icon again. I will after I post this. But today I was on Gaia and I saw this really cool picture of a guy, and I got a picture in my head of August in a similar pose (it happens a lot) and I drew it all in pen. Urhghhhh. I hate drawing in pen. But I did. And it looks good. :00 And so you should see it sometime. Because I like it. It's him, facing the viewer, with only the top half of his torso showing, and his eyes are closed, and he's kind of got his arm across his chest... It's hard to explain. I'm gonna see if I can find the picture I sort of referenced from. But then on August's arm is the word 'GUENEVERE' in all caps, in plain black letters. Haha tattoos. Originally it was going to be on his chest, but uh, it didn't work out. xD

Okay. I haven't told you this yet. So my dad's friend Angela has a seven-year-old daughter who I guess is absolutely in love with me, because every time she sees me or hears I'm coming over, she gets ridiculously excited, and every time I leave she cries. xDD It's really cute. Her name is Payton. We went to Borders together today. I was trying to read New Moon, since Hillary has my copy right now, but Payton kept telling me about the book she was reading. It was about a ladybug. So I'm trying to feign interest while reading about Felix and Demetri (pretty much coolest names ever, btw) coercing Alice and Edward to bring Bella to see Aro, Caius, and Marcus. Dear God I've read these books too often. Then Jane is using her gift to torture Edward, while Alec is angry, and Bella's like 'wtf'. And Payton's like, "Look! Kelsey! The ladybug is trying to pick a fight with the whale!" Only she can't read very well yet, so she makes up half the story by following the pictures. It's really funny. But I'm trying to read about Edward, and missing Carlisle since I adore him, and missing Emmett and Jasper too, since they're just great.

I am such a freaking nerd.

Anyway. So do you think it will work for tomorrow? That is, for me to swing by and pick you up around... 8.30, 9? Tell me if so, tell if not... And if not, there'd better be a damn good reason why. (partially kidding.)

Have I told you I'm rereading Eldest? It's pretty fantasmic. On another note, I often think up conversations, scenarios, and little sub-plots that I would love to include somewhere in some story. Often I'll think of a single sentence, or paragraph, that has nothing to do with any story I'm currently working on. Such as the one I thought up a day or two ago. It's about someone who's being bullied into running errands for the Chicago mafia in the 1920s. I wrote it down so that I wouldn't forget, but it was seriously, like, two sentences. It's kind of frustrating, because I think of stuff like that all the time, and have no use for it. >:|

I need to start going to bed earlier. Like, I fall asleep around one or so in the morning, usually wake up some time during the night, and then get up at seven the next morning. Usually I wake up at around six first, then since it's already kind of light outside, I have a hard time getting back to sleep. Very frustrating. Then when it's time to get up I'm absolutely exhausted and dead on my feet until about third period, when I sort of recover. Then when ten PM rolls around again, I'm wide awake. And thus the cycle continues. Why, brain? Why must you be so cruel to me? Dx

I think I want to write about a mafia plot now. That would be cool. Haha, if I ever become a writer for real, all of my books will somehow have August in them, probably. He's my favourite of any character I've ever invented.

I officially hate this keyboard. It's total crap. I have to, like, pound on the keys to get them to pick up all the letters. Then again, perhaps I am used to allowing my fingers to merely flutter over the keys, like I am able to on my mother's computer. This keyboard is just infuriating. I'm used to being able to type quickly, and if I have to press hard on each key it really slows me down. DD:

Ugh. We had an assembly yesterday about not getting into car crashes. It had some very cool pictures. Like, brains coming out of noses cool. But I was a good little girl and went to the frosh/soph assembly, instead of going to the junior/senior assembly like a lot of people-- I really wish I had, though, because their assembly had, like, a real-time reenactment. With real fake blood. And carnage. And crushed cars. And ambulances and fire trucks! And it was supposed to be, like, 'don't drink and drive before or after prom!' since prom is coming up soon, and so there was a 'dance' thing. And then there was loud squeals and a crash. And kids as the actors all bloodied and mangled. I really wish I'd've gone. DDDD:

Yeah, it makes sense... Haha. xDD I'm doing the same thing with G+B, remember? Starting with a scene that's near the end... Stephenie Meyer did the same thing with Twilight. She wrote the scene in the meadow first, then finished it (I think), then went from the beginning. I have a jar of lotion on my head. It's been hailing a lot lately. While I was walking home (since I have sort of a lengthy walk from where my bus drops me off to where the apartment is-- not nearly comparable to yours, but whatevs) it was raining, and so to excercise my breins I was describing it as poetically as possible. It's sort of a thing I do as an excercise for my writing skillz. It helps my breins stay fresh. Anyway. So while I was doing that, both of my hoods pulled firmly over my ears (I was wearing a hoodie under a windbreaker), I thought of a pretty darn cool sentence. It just kind of popped into my head. I was describing the rain happily, angrily, sadly, in confusion; lots of moods to strain myself. Since I guess I'm a masochist. While I was on melancholy/blase/dark, I came up with, "The oppressive, dark mass pressed down with heavy hands; its deluge clouded the air with mist. Its victims huddled under hoods and umbrellas, attempting futily to find some semblence of comfort under such shoddy shelters." It was better than that, but that's the general idea. It's great fun to describe your surroundings when you have nothing better to do.

I think mother knows that you're coming over this weekend. I need to remind her, though, since she tends to forget things like that. I hope it doesn't rain this weekend. That would suck if it did. Not that I really mind the rain, but I enjoy my walks, and don't feel like being rained on. Since we'll probably be walking to the theatre to see 300. And if we're wet when we get there, we'l be wet while were in there, and theatres for some reason are rather cold. I don't like being cold and wet. Wet? Fine. Cold? Tolerable. Both at the same time? OH MY GOD TSUBASA. I hadn't noticed it was out yet... Or rather, I hadn't checked the sight yet, nor had I checked the KuroxFay LJ comm. And thusly, I hadn't noticed. xDD But SNAP that was a cool chapter. Although now I need 151 to complete the conversation, because Clamp is evil and enjoys torturing their fans. Hahaaaaa... Today I was looking through volume 14 in study hall, for lack of anything better to do (and my friend had just returned it to me), and I realised, "WHOA. They changed the groups around!" Because I've been reading a bit of X lately, out-of-order, primarily just to get the gist of the story. And I didn't even notice that Kamui and Fuuma were leading the opposite groups in TRC that they did in X. Hahahaha.

Which marks the best news ever. TSUBASA ARTBOOK. OH MY GOLLY WOBBLES. So now I have to drag mother and Cristian to Kinokuniya ASAP so I can snag it, along with volume 18 (19?) if it's out. No waaiiiit. 19 just ended. 18, then. And it'd better be out. Or else I'm kidnapping... Someone. Until I get it. >:D

You're coming over this weekend whether you like it or not. If it comes to it, I'll kidnap you or something. The way I was thinking we could work this is that on the way to mother's house Friday night, dad and I could pick you up-- it would be kind of later, though, since that night we have Comedy Cafe and my friends will murder me if I'm not there. It's kind of a Drama thing. You're either there, or you're ostricised. (not to be confused with ostrich-sized) Jokingly, of course, but yeah. It's a big deal in the Drama department.

So, uh. After that (it starts at 7.19 pm, and lasts an hour to an hour and a half) we could swing by and pick you up. The reason why is that I may have to go see a play with one of my friends at 7-ish on Saturday night, since it's the last time it's being performed on stage in Oregon or something.

My mother is so infuriating. She's like, "YOU HAVE TO GET NO Fs IF YOU WANT TO GO WITH US ON THE TRIP THIS SUMMER" and I'm like, "Well, frack, mom. You could've told me BEFORE I decided that math class was dumb." Because I'm sort of failing it. And my dad is yelling at me to get off the computer, because apparanty his needs are greater than mine, and so yeah.

Alice is nineteen. xDD Carlisle is 23, Emmett and Jasper are 20, Rosalie is 18, Edward obviously 17, and Esme is 26. Poor Edward. He's the youngest. In age of creation, though, I think it's... Carlisle, Jasper, Edward, Alice, Rosalie, Emmett, and Esme. I think. That sounds right. Carlisle didn't actually make Jasper, or Alice, though. They just found him. And yeah. I'm insanely dweebalicious.

I have such a guy's sense of humour. Like, I was talking about 300 (because I seriously do adore that movie) to my guy friends, and I guess I surprised them by saying that the battle scenes were my favourite parts, or something. And plus I laugh at all the gross/immature/perverted jokes boys just love to tell. So yeah. They called me a guy in a dress. xDD
